The impact of aerobic and anaerobic load at reducing the amount of body fat by the form circle training
Svoboda, Jan ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title of bachelor thesis: The impact of aerobic and anaerobic load at reducing the amount of body fat by the form circle training Author: Jan Svoboda Supervisor of the thesis: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Objects: The main goal of the thesis was to compare aerobic load realized by means of running and anaerobic load realized by means of circuit training and then determite which of those forms has a larger effect on reducing body fat. Methodology: To determine the amount of fats in the human body in percent was used indirect field method. Fat percentage was measured digital scales Tanita BC-545N. Probands have measured the intensity of training themselves by using their own sporttesters. Results: Anaerobic load realized by means of circuit training has noticeably bigger impact at reducing body fat than aerobic load realized by means of run. Key words: Aerobic load, anaerobic load, circle training 2

Selected parametres of women's football condition profile
Hošková, Lenka ; Zahálka, František (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Chosen Parameters of Condition Profile of Female Football Players. Objectives: The main objective of the thesis was to determine the levels of speed and agility abilities of elite football players in the summer preparatory period. The objective was to compare variability of the chosen group, and to find and determine the relation between speed and agility abilities. With the help of the gained results it can be confirmed what levels of speed and agility abilities the players gain, if there is a higher scope in the variety of speed and agility parameters of elite female football players, if there is a positive dependence between the chosen pairs of tests, and if the time in the test 505 Agility is dependent on the turning direction. Methods: The participants of the study were 20 female players of the First Female League(n=20; age 22,9±4,4 years; height 167,3±6,1 cm; weight 61,2±5,1 kg)). One test battery consisting of six individual tests was chosen for the study: tests measuring locomotive speed for short distance and acceleration (5m and 10m sprint), a test measuring absolute locomotive speed (20m flying sprint), and tests eliciting speed and agility (K-test, 505 Agility Test with right direction turning, 505 Agility Test with left direction turning). Results: The results have shown that...
Evaluation surface lactate along refreshment after different types anaerobic bullpen load.
GLIEROVÁ, Jaroslava
The academic section is mostly focused on analysis of lactate.Particularly what terms are necessary for production of lactate and what its other utilization in body during the sports activity. This section minutely describes energetic sources for muscle´s work. We could found how the sources supply the energy, for how long are able to supply and about rewenal these sources. It means ATP, CP, glycogen and other sources. And then we change from energetic sources to zones of energetic covering. There are the systems they ensure our muscle´s performance. Tiredness (exhaustion) is transitional phase for which is characteristic reduced performance. If we´d like to turn our body back to previous state, we use various means of regeneration. It is accurately described in second subhead of academic section. Also explain possibilities of regeneration after sport´s activity and its effect. In "regeneration" is detailed describes sports massage, which is favorite like a regeneration means for sportsmen. The research section is solving influence of regeneration after anaerobic strain. The research was apply to selected group of volunteers. The tested (subjects) has passed identical test in time intervals, first in conditions of active regeneration and then in conditions of passive regeneration. The target of our research was to find the level of lactate after exact defined strains and what degree has the regeneration influence on time of degradation.\\
