The thesis "Promotional instruments of particular company" deals with marketing instruments and its usefulness in a daily business life. The thesis is focused on history of promotional instruments of the particular company characteristics with detailed description of promotion and propagation. Part of my work drafts the čsob characteristics as well as its history and present. I tryed to analyse at once the company´s marketing instruments as mentioned and adjoin my recommendation that could help to improve the promotional instruments.
