	Vytvoření komplexního informačního systému integrované prevence v ČR CENIA, česká informační agentura životního prostředí, Praha ; ORGREZ, a.s., Brno ; Novotný, Ivo ; Zanáška, Jiří ; Maier, Miloš ; Jasinski, Věslav Jsou popsány hlavní části systému, které mají přímé vazby na heterogenní data z oblasti životního prostředí. Pro data, která popisují ovlivnění dotčeného území, byla navržena univerzální datová struktura umožňující importy číselníků z jiných systémů. Pro data, která zajišťují environmentální monitoring a materiálové toky, bude navrženo jejich propojení s konkrétními údaji v konkrétních systémech. Systém je připraven importovat údaje o katastrálních územích, obcích a krajích. Oblast adresářů fyzických a právnických osob bude získávána z IS ISPOP. Navržená řešení byla zvolena vzhledem k malému počtu záznamů (stovka až tisíce) o integrovaných povoleních, které mají velmi složitou datovou strukturu. Koncepčně se ale jako lepší jeví vytvoření integrační platformy jednotlivých informačních systémů než systémy propojovat mezi sebou. K tomuto částečně směřuje ISPOP. Překážky užšího spojení s ostatními IS nejsou pouze technologické, ale jednotlivé systémy mají i různé provozovatele a vlastníky a jejich chod se řídí odlišnými předpisy. Detailed record
	Rights and obligations of public administration in protection of nature and landscape Vilímová, Dana ; Hadrabová, Alena (advisor) ; Remtová, Květa (referee) The diploma thesis deals with the rights and obligations of the public administration in the protection of nature and landscape. It contains an introduction to the legal norms as a foundation for the activity of the public administration - the self-government and the municipal government. It gives the fundamental information about administrative law, administrative regulations and the principles of its activities. It describes the organizational structure of the public administration in the environmental protection, competences of the public administration institutions in protection of nature and landscape in detail. Further the diploma thesis deals with the responsibility of the environmental damage, especially harm to the environment. Five administrative procedures in protection of natura and landscape are contained in the analytical part of the thesis. Two of them deals with the projects intervening to a significant landscape element and the rest of them attends to the intentions which affect landscape character. The purpose of the diploma thesis is is analysis of the process of public administration in particular administrative procedures and to provide possible concepts of the procedure improvement as well.
