Next, it solves problems which can originate in deposit proprietary rights to real estate register. It describes why this problem originated, how whole law suite went ahead and in the end how this case turned out.

Acquisition of property from unauthorized person Abstract Acquisition of property from unauthorized person, the subject of the thesis, represents an original way of acquiring property rights and breakthrough to the civil law principle nemo plus iuris ad alium transfere potest quam ipse habet - no one can transfer more rights to another than they have themselves (nemo dat rule). The Civil Code allows for the right of ownership to pass to a bona fide transferee under certain conditions, even if from a person who lacked the appropriate authorization to transfer. The legislator thus takes into account, in particular, the protection of good faith as a general principle of law and the fact that, in the case of items not registered in public registers, it is not possible to establish reliably who is the owner. This thesis focuses on the acquisition of ownership rights from unauthorized person to movable property, the aim is to provide a general interpretation of the mentioned institute, to analyze the Civil Code regulation in relation to it and to compare it with foreign legislation. This include especially assessing, acquisition and depreciation of property. Work is accompanied by short case studies. Work is primarily drawn in terms of national accounting rules.
The ownership rights to properties in the Czech republic

The topic of this thesis is "The Ownership Rights to Properties in The Czech Republic". The first part of this thesis describes historical development of the register from the very beginning up to now. In the next section is focused on detailed description of all the ways of acquiring the right of ownership to properties (such as acquisition agreement, inheritance or usucaption) and on its protection and extinction of the right. The next chapter deals with the problematic of divided co-ownership and the common assets of married couples. The last two chapters are devoted to restriction of ownership rights to property and expropriation of property. In the first of the two previously mentioned chapters I focus on the right of user (from their origin to their extinction). Second chapter listed is about particular phases of expropriation of the property including the expropriation procedure. In the practical part of this thesis I did an analysis of recording the ownership right into the Real Estate Cadastre of the Czech Republic.
