Hos, Lukáš ; Kučera, Tomáš (referee) ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis is about condition assessment of water supply infrastructure. First part is about legislative demands on condition assessment and about methods used abroad to asses water supply infrastructure. Second part of this thesis is about application TEA Water. It is described how it works and it is used to condition assessment of fictional water supply infrastructure and choosen objects of real water supply infrastructure.

Assessment of minimal night-flows in the water supply systems
Zvejška, Tomáš ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (referee) ; Ručka, Jan (advisor)
This Diploma thesis deals with minimum night flows issue. Basic findings about minimum night flows were summarized in the introductory part of thesis. Findings like the minimum night flow components, affecting parameters and used methodologies for assessment of minimal night flows. In the practical part of this thesis was this knowledge applied to real water distribution system in the municipality Hrádek u Sušice. The part of this thesis was also determinate the measurement accuracy of used water meter, which was formerly installed at the outlet in the Hrádek water tank. Measurement errors was determinate for the flow values, that are close to the real measured minimum night flow data in the water distribution system in municipality Hrádek u Sušice.

Technical Audit of Water Distribution Network
Haman, Michal ; Ručka, Jan (referee) ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the topic the assessment of the technical condition of water supply networks. Part of the work is a case study that evaluates the technical condition of the water supply network in the city district Brno-Lisen. The work describes in detail how the pressure zones and selected water mains evaluated. The output is an Excel application, which can be set according to technical indicators carry out an evaluation of the technical condition of the individual pressure zones.

Measurements of small flow in water service connections
Stehlíková, Veronika ; Ševčík, jiří (referee) ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (advisor)
In the first part of this thesis the basic information about the losses of water and their reporting are described. There are presented the means and methods of reducing water losses and their suitability for use. Finally, general information about water meters are presented and the UFR device is briefly described. The second part of the thesis is devoted to testing water meter and UFR device on specific water connection in a family house. The thesis resulted in the author's general recommendations for owners and operators of water supply networks.

Assessment of technical condition of the Hradek water supply network
Tranová, Kateřina ; Tauš, Miloslav (referee) ; Ručka, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis aims to assesment of technical condition of the water supply network and hydrants in Hrádek. The semi-quantitave evaluation method called the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) was used for assessing and evaluation of the technical condition. The outcome of this work is a number of tables and maps of water pipes with the evaluation of the technical condition of the water network and hydrants. A part of the appendix are also drawing, there was assesment of technical condition of the water supply represented and there was a assesment of technical condition of the underground hydrants represented.

House water meters
Zvejška, Tomáš ; Tureček, Jan (referee) ; Ručka, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis is focused to measurement accuracy of House water meters at very low flows. There are some errors during these flows. It´s not known what the values of these errors become, yet. The goal of my thesis is assessment of these errors. Results have been achieved through laboratory measurements.

Evaluation of water losses for the selected pressure zone of the city of Brno
Konečný, Pavel ; Dvořák,, Pavel (referee) ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (advisor)
Water losses indicate the amount of water leaked out of the water distribution systém. Loss monitoring is one of the basic obligations of operators. Their size points to technical states and network operations, and at the same time is decisive for returns on future investment. Loss reports have recently recorded several changes. Values that describe the amount of unique leakage are continuously more often being used with traditional percentage data on losses related to the overall volume of supplied water.
