Plochy brownfields a jejich rozvoj - příklad města Znojma

This work is in the theoretical part deals with the concept of brownfields and possible ways of its development in general. The theoretical part describes the different approaches to the concept at the global and regional level. It also describes two selected methodologies brownfield regeneration, which can help to achieve successful implementation. The practical part is focused on the town of Znojmo in connection with the issue of brownfields, in the introductory passage is characterized current state of brownfields, including a brief characteristics of the study area. Brownfields issue is considered further in the questionnaire survey with the local population, then outlined and suggestions for solutions targeted sites.

History of Znojmo's brewery (1363-2010) - abstract The content of this Bachelor Degree Thesis is the complete history and building development of the only remaining Znojmo brewery in the period of 1720 to 2010, a brewery that is no longer operating. At the same time, this thesis describes the history of brewing in Znojmo begining from the first sings in the 13th century (emphasising 1363 which was a legendary year for Znojmo's brewing) till 2010 when the last brewery in Znojmo was completely closed and the tradition of brewing in Znojmo lasting for almost 700 years was interrupted. The following chapters describe for example the origin of the name "Hostan", the present name of Znojmo's beer, concentrating to all products, once produced in Znojmo brewery, and awards that once famously delicious Znojmo's beer Hostan received all round the Czech Republic. The thesis completely summarizes all the years of Beer Festival - a modern tradition that arose thanks to the existence of brewery and ceased, when the brewery was closed. Baugruppe, as an alternative option for housing, is made up of a group of people who are looking for a way to create their own housing according to their ideas. They become developers themselves, looking for interesting solutions for their housing that the regular real estate market does not offer. Together, they find land that is often less attractive to ordinary developers and compromise to decide on all the design steps. For the proposed Baugruppe, the site is situated in the town Znojmo, Czech republic. The plots were chosen in such a way that they did not have any particular qualities - on the contrary, that they were rather places that were not at first sight very attractive. The theme of the work is to portray the Baugruppe way of living as community housing. The proposal seeks to figure out a way to make community coexistence as natural as possible for all Baugruppe participants. Whether just meeting the neighbors on the way to their apartments, meeting on the terrace with a friend from the opposite apartment or organizing an event in the common interior/exterior spaces for all Baugruppe participants. All these spaces create a slightly different atmosphere and become a combination of different small worlds that intertwine with each other. At the same time, the aim of the work is to create a house that opens up to its surroundings while allowing all the events of the house to take place undisturbed inside.

Design of the High Speed Track between Brno and Znojmo

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a new track route of high speed line from Brno to Znojmo, specifically between the planned terminal of high speed line Unkovice and existing railway station Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. The track is designed for a maximum speed of 250 km/h. The alignment and profile of the line were designed, including the design of the railway superstructure and track geometry parameters.
