Use of the software PLC in thermal engineering of buildings
Hubený, František ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This presenting master’s thesis deals with a problem of digitaly controled room temperature using the software PLC. The result of this work was creating of an algorithm to control temperature on the requested leve ofl setpoint, minimizing operating costs of the building. The PLC softwares from different manufacturers were analyzed and compared with conventional PLC. The testing facility was disigned and used to control the temperature in the room and data visualization. Room temperature was regulated by PS controller or two point regulator.
FACEPLATE library for development system by WinCC Flexible
Picka, Jaromír ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis was to create a library of graphic objects called FACEPLATES in WinCC flexible. Graphic object are used to control an electro components and they can be connected with code in PLC. FACEPLATE function is demonstrated in sample problem. The sample problem presents simple process of filling, heating, circulation and taking-off sterile clean water.
HMI application for Simatic Touch panel
Ižarík, Marek ; Milan, Sobotka (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis was to design HMI application for Simatic Touch panel to cleaning machine for metal mouldings in Simatic WinCC flexible 2008, following completed code in PLC S7-300. Design consists of creating template, the library of faceplates, creating controlling screens, alarm management and data export.
HMI for beverage filling machines
Mládek, Ondřej ; Sobotka, Milan (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of my work is to create an application for control and visualization of beverage line. This work describes the advantages that automation brings into production. There is a description for worldwide used visualization programs InTouch, WinCC, Reliance 4 and Control Web. For completeness there are described Siemens visualization panels. New faceplate type objects were created in the program environment of WinCC flexible 2008 Standard for the individual machines of the line. Faceplates are used in visualization for 19" touch panel. Simulations is created in STEP 7 program. Data are collected in the .csv files. After that they are modified through the VBA macro.
