Strategic and financial valuation of internet companies

The main goal of this thesis is to discuss the strategic and financial valuation of pure Internet companies (web companies). In chapter one, I focused on explaining what is the Internet, types of internet company, how should we recognize it and its lifecycle. In the second chapter, I focused on the application of Porter's method for an internet company and explain the pros and cons. There were also explained the fundamental factors that have a strong influence on the pure Internet companies. The third chapter explains the basic financial indicators of Internet companies and the pros and cons of using traditional financial valuation methods. In the practical part I have compiled a guide that would be a main point for the implementation of strategic and financial analysis of Internet companies.
