Model of Education of Users in the IT

This thesis deals with entry knowledge and overall IT education company situation analysis. Based on the analysis, I created an education plan or a model that has goal to enhance training effectiveness as well as to improve information technology know-how and use within the company in order to increase the company profit and at the same time help employees in their professional growth and thus enhance their loyalty and personal satisfaction.
Marketing research of massage course absolvents' satisfaction in Dexter Academy

Title: Marketing research of massage course absolvents' satisfaction in Dexter Academy. Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to acquire the valuation of massage school courses and services in DexterAcademy from the absolvents of these courses. The valuation is acquired by the research of absolvents' satisfaction, which is one of the main goals of this thesis. Another goal is to present, based on the obtained information DexterAcademy suggestion that might lead to the improvement of massage school courses and services. Methods: Marketing research based on the method of written survey has been used to investigate the absolvents' satisfaction. The sampling unit is made of the absolvents of massage school courses, who were chosen at availability in time of data collection. Results: The survey evaluation has shown some deficiencies in DexterAcademy. Consequently, steps to abolish these deficiencies were designed and if followed, the absolvents' satisfaction should be improved. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the influence of the promotion in the social media for educational services. Current work covers all the definitions and overviews of the literature that is relevant for the understanding of the chosen topic. Theoretical data was followed by the examples of implementation of tools that could help the enterprises to promote the goods and services on the local market. The practical part of the thesis is standing on the research of the business that provides educational services in Ukraine and how investments in the development of social media tools are showing the rise of the sales for the company. I consider my work to be helpful in understanding all crucial areas in social media marketing. The aim of this study is to offer valuable insights into the development campaign process that would help Meat Studies to attract more students to educational services of the company.
