The master work topic is dealt with process control system Control Web 7. After the introductory preface is followed by the specification and description of controlled process (the specification). The following is verbally with the assistance of the flowchart describes the concept of the whole system under manufacture. Then there is outlined how to proceed with an application programming and is described also Control Web 7. The last part of the master work is devoted to final inspection using the program module VisionLab compared with competing vision systems, which is an addition to the family of Control Web.

My bachelor's work is focused on sorting of coins using picture recognition by a camera. The stepping motor, LED bands, picture recognition by HD web camera, Control Web development environment with VisionLab extension, electromagnets and a sorting Plexiglas model are used. The application and the model are connected through a system of input and output Datalab modules. In the practical part of work the construction and development of the model, application development and other steps used in the process of sorting of coins by optic sensor are described. Fast sorting of coins in three different currencies is the goal of this work.
