Complex Insertion of Tutorial System TIMS into Education
Juračka, Jan ; Kacálek, Jan (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
This work is getting acquainted with the educational systems Tims in detail from Enoma. It describes basic types of analog and digital modulations, spread spektrum and basics of PCM encoding and decoding. The main emphasis is put on the product TimsBiskit on which is realized the laboratory tasks. Work also include theoretical settings for students, example records and manuals for instructors.
Effective Usage of Transmission Equipment in Education process
Rosenberg, Martin ; Polívka, Michal (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
The essential goal of my bachelor thesis was to propose effective usage of equipments, which are available for educational process in Accesses and Transports Networks course and elaborate tree laboratory exercises on these devices. All of my developed exercises contain detailed theoretical description, which is focused on actual thesis, layout of the exercise, block diagrams for better understanding of problem and detail instructions for individual measuring. After completion of guide, these exercises were remeasured and exemplary protocol was developed. The first task is processed with analyser PUMA 4300E. The main issue is to introduce the structure of E1 frame and measuring of pulse shape on E1 line to students. The second exercise is focused on analysis a structure of STS-1 frame, which is currently used in SONET networks. This practice is realized on TutorTIMS educational system. The last exercise is running on hardware version of this system, device TIMS 301. The goal is to introduce students the bit clock, regeneration of the bit clock and measuring quality of the bit clock. The last chapter is dedicated to device TIMS 301. The primary purpose of this chapter is to make the usage of the system more effective.
Design of new laboratory exercises in the course Access and transport networks
Ťupa, Martin ; Kyselák, Martin (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
In my final project there are proposed two new laboratory tasks for the subject Access and transport network. These tasks are focused on the problem of shift keyings. There are a lot of types of shift keyings, however, I directed my attention at the following ones – the Amplitude shift keying ASK, the Frequency shift keying FSK and the Phase shift keying PSK. I used TutorTIMS training system for measurement and observation. The aim of my final work is to collect both practical and theoretical information based on the shift keyings and help the Access and transport network students in the future.
Integration of New Training Systems into Laboratory Training
Čeněk, Radek ; Reichert, Pavel (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
This work introduces in detail the educational systems TIMS of the company Emona and ET-836 of PROMAX company. Work is focused to Synchronous Digital Hierarchy: organizing frameworks and multiplexing. Further also deals with the possibilities of connections between various phone devices. There are two tasks given to the issue of SDH and a laboratory task make on the system ET-836 of PROMAX. The works are prepared for entering students, sample protocols and guidelines for teachers.
Extended Usage of SDH Equipment and TIMS System in Laboratories
Kadlec, Michal ; Vychodil, Petr (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
The goal of this project is to use the model for educational system TIMS as a simulation of Synchronous Digital Hierarchy SDH system and to create laboratory tasks applicable for teaching in a The theoretical part is the description of the transmission system, Synchronous Digital Hierarchy SDH and presents a theoretical basis of this issue. The practical part of the work offers 4 laboratory tutorials that can be used in teaching process.
