Entry of selected Czech company to the Bulgarian market

This thesis focuses on form of entry of specific czech stock company to bulgarian railway market. Thesis is divided into four chapters. First one deal with the forms of entry to foreign markets, the second chapter using SWOT and PEST analyses analyzes Bulgarian environment. The third chapter presents the concrete Czech stock company, its entrance to foreign markets with emphasis on the form of entry into the Bulgarian market. The fourth chapter describes the history of the concrete Czech stock company on the Bulgarian railway market and then outlines new possibilities of cooperation on the Bulgarian market.
Trans-European Network (TEN) and Public Private Partnership (PPP)

This master thesis focuses on the Trans-European Transport Network and especially on the possibilities of financing the TEN-T with private-sector participation. The thesis is devided in three chapters. In the first part of the thesis, the author discusses the importance of transport in the economy of the European Union and summarises the development, principles and objectives of the Common Transport Policy. The concept of the Trans-European Network is also introduced in this chapter. The key documents related to the TEN-T are briefly summarized and the gains and lasting setbacks of the TEN-T are discussed in this part of the thesis. The second chapter provides an overview of the costs of the TEN-T and the existing possibilities of their financing. The last chapter introduces the Public Private Partnerhip as a possible efficient means of the TEN-T financing.
Trans-European transport network

The paper aims to analyze the trans-European transport network, both vehicular and aeronautical, from the perspective of current state and future development. It closely analyses vehicular transport of passangers and cargo and also an aeronautical transport of the similar. Main factors the paper focuses on are the traffic intensity, trends in the given sector and current state of construction and development projects connected with the trans-European transport network.
