Sustainable tourism in the Třeboň Region from the perspective of local actors

Tourism is a source of livelihood all over the world. Tt is no different in Třeboňsko either. However, the development of tourism cannot continue at the same pace as before. It is necessary to realize the limits of the territories on which tourism happpens and start not only thinking, but also behaving more sustainably although it may not be easy at the beginning. Tourism doesn´t affects only the economy of the area but also the local people and nature. Overall, it brings economic, social, environmental and also cultural impacts to the area in which it happens. The area of Třeboňsko is known for its preserved nature in the Třeboňsko PLA. It is mainly thanks to this nature that it is the destination of many tourists every year, who have a choice of many forms of sustainable tourism here. This work deals with the tourism sector, sustainability and sustainable development of tourism. Furthermore, sustainable forms of tourism offered by Třeboň Region are listed here . The thesis analyzes the opinion and approach of residents to the development of tourism in Třeboňsko, but also of other local actors, namely the city of Třeboň, the PLA Třeboňsko, the Třeboňsko Microregion and the Třeboňsko MAS. The main goal of the work is to evaluate the cooperation between these actors and the perception of the sustainability of tourism by the local residents of the Třeboň region. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, the processing of information from the strategic documents of local actors and the study of the literature, measures are proposed in the work that will support the development of tourism in the Třeboň region in a sustainable form.
Strategic Planning in Tourism Policy of the Federal State of Tyrol

This master thesis deals with the function of the strategic planning for the tourism policy in the Austrian federal state of Tyrol. Tourism stands for a very important sector of the Tyrol's economy and there are many participants who influence its coursing on the vertical and horizontal level as well. The issue is very complex, multi-layer and cross-sectional. Strategic documents belong to the characteristic attributes of the Tyrol's tourism policy since the 1970's. Their existence is enshrined in the Tyrol's Law on the Tourism Policy. The newest strategic document is called Der Tiroler Weg 2021. The mainstay of this master thesis is based on the analysis of the attitude, that the Tyrol's political system holds on the forming of this special and non-legislative document. The strategic planning is intentionally shifted from the political system to other extern subjects, to them the following belong: the organisation Tirol Werbung GmbH, Economic Chamber of Tyrol and the Association of the Tyrol's Tourism Unions. Foreign tourism: a phenomenon of opening the Francoist regime

This bachelor's thesis deals with foreign tourism as a significant phenomenon of the Francoist regime. Despite its changing role throughout the regime, particularly manifested by a change of its propagandistic utilization in the early years towards the public diplomacy, tourism can be considered the most important instrument of soft power. It has been crucial not only for the economic development, but especially for the opening of Francoist Spain. Because of the interdisciplinary nature of tourism as such, this case study deals with a wide range of internal and international areas of economic, political and socio-cultural character, which had to be directly addressed by the tourism policies. The aim of this thesis is to study the impacts of foreign tourism and its state cultivation on the changes of the international status of Spain during the Francoist era. Its main focus will therefore be analysis of the development of tourism policies, linked to the concepts of visual promotion and structure of foreign tourists during this period. The study therefore concludes that the successful and extensive cultivation of foreign tourism, unique to the Franco regime, had significant impacts on legitimacy of the dictatorship in an international context. Tourism Policy in the European Union and Implications for the Czech Republic

The aim of this master's thesis is the analysis of the structural and investment funds of the European Union for the development of tourism in the Czech Republic. The aim is to clearly and concisely acquaint the reader with an analysis of the disbursement of funds in the programming periods 2004-2006 and 2007-2013 and its impacts success. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to tourism policy, the second is devoted to issue of European Union funds. The third chapter analyses the position of tourism and tourism policy in the European Union and the impact of joining the European Union on the Czech Republic. The last chapter is devoted to analysis of the use of EU funds in tourism sector and evaluation of its success in the Czech Republic.
Spain: instruments and Tourism Policy

This thesis presents analysis of the organization of tourism policy in Spain. The thesis is structured into four chapters. First part of the thesis is devoted to description of tourism importance to the Spanish economy by using macroeconomic indicators, further presents Spain as an international tourist destination. Next part of the thesis explains various current trends and factors, which have influence on supply and demand of tourism and introduce new forms of tourism. Third chapter focuses on theoretical approaches to tourism policy in general. The thesis concludes with an analysis of tourism policy in Spain. This part involves characteristics of tourism organisation and governance, instruments and goals of tourism policy in Spain.
Politika cestovního ruchu v České republice a Velké Británii

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of tourism policy and its application it two EU countries. It defines main attributes of tourism policy and pays special attention to tourism governance at national and regional level. The main aim of the thesis is to describe and compare systems of tourism policy in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. At the national level these systems are analysed from the point of view of tourism policy's goals, tools, main strategic documents and organizations involved in application of tourism policy. At regional level the thesis concentrates on destination management organizations (DMOs) which represent key players for successful implementation of tourism policy. It uses three attributes of the Stakeholder Circle Method for description of the relationship between two selected regional DMOs and their most important stakeholders.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the possibilities of tourism in the Jihlava, and with regard to rural tourism. The theoretical part has been developed from the literature on this issue and the website. In the theoretical part was characterized by the Jihlava region and in tourism and other visitor attractions. The practical part of the preparation of questionnaires and subsequent questionnaires. Comparison of tourism organisation and tourism policy in defferent countries and in the Czech republic

This thesis deals with comparison of the quality of tourism structure and tourism policy and their influence on tourism outputs. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The analysis of the tourism structure and tourism policy in the Czech Republic was carried out, as well as in the chosen countries - Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Hungary. Then the comparison was done. The result was to draft an efficient tourism structure in the Czech Republic.
