Plíseň šedá a její vliv na kvalitu hroznů a vína

Resume The aim of the bachelor thesis was to study literary sources of gray mold (graygrape rot). The thesis describes the general characteristics of fungi, taxonomic classification, biology and gray mold symptoms. Furthermore, the options of protection against the gray mold, summarization o fthe defense reactions of the plant after the attack and how the gray mold effects the plant and grapes at all stages. Part of the work payattention to changes in the composition of the wine, which is produced from infected grapes both in the stage of the disease and in the stage of noble Botrytis cinerea. Last but not least, the thesis deals with territories with suitable climatic conditions for the development of Botrytis cinerea and the unique wines from it.

Vinohradnická oblast Tokaj na území Slovenské republiky

In this work, I deal with the study of Tokaj wine region in the Slovak Republic. I processed literature search on the issue, which includes local wine growing, wine making, history, traditions, gastronomy, climate and soil conditions. As part of bachelor work I visited this area and examined, focusing on tourism in the country and assess the current situation of the wine in the field.
