Proposal for Financing Investment Project in Municipality Tavíkovice

The thesis discusses the possibility of financing investment projects of the municipality Tavíkovice, which plans to make costly investments in roads. Based on the financial and credit analysis the offer of financing this investment by obtaining a loan or a grant will be presented to the municipality. The credit parameters are set as not to overcapitalize of the municipality in order for the municipality to able to perform other investments during the loan repayment.

The aim of my thesis Use of value engineering elements for the realization of buildings in the municipality is to compare the evaluation methods of procurement in municipality and evaluation methods using elements of value engineering. A tender for reconstruction Šubertovo square was realized in the city Dobruška. In the thesis is shown way of evaluation of competing offers of the city Dobruška itself in sublimit simplified procedure and evaluation of competing offers by selecting more evaluation criteria and selecting the best offer with the highest degree of effectiveness.

AAbbssttrraakktt This diploma thesis deals with historical development of village Solopysky situated 12 kilometers from Kutná Hora in Central Bohemia. In the paper is reflected interwar period from 1918 to 1938 which brought a lot of turning points. There is described influence of those milestones on local inhabitants (e.g. establishment of first Czechoslovakia republic, Munich Agreement). Administrative area of this thesis is focused on mechanisms of operation, organization, structure, personnel management, power and municipal governments' activities. Attention is paid to the then legislation and its introduction into practice. The author tries to clarify tendencies of the municipal economy including municipal budget and dealing with the municipal property. Cultural area of this thesis is focused on school environment, activities of local associations and on the political activities including municipal elections. There is also mentioned description of daily life and atmosphere of the village according to the memories of the local old resident - Mr. Václav Sova. The aim of this thesis is confrontation of narrative sources with sources of the official provenance. Particularly thematic viewpoint was taken in consideration during writing this paper. The readiness of municipal governments on drawing fund resources in the new programming period

The aim of thesis was to analyse the readiness of municipal government on drawing funded resources during programming period 2014 2020 in Pelhřimov region.The practical part includes information about developing and funding opportunities for minucipalities.One part of the thesis is dedicated to the SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis was based on the survey results and own discretion. This analysis contains 20 factors in total. As a result of Fuller's pyramid, which compars greater importance of one factor over another, was WO strategy. This strategy is based on removing weaknesses thanks to opportunities. The functioning strategy, with the help of selected factors of weaknesses and opportunities, which were selected by me, is described in the proposal. The main part of the thesis is the implementation of the questionnaire survey.

Management of public services in the selected region

The aim of my work was to analyse the current supply and demand for public services in Vysočina region. The practical part includes an analysis of the public services and a draft of development of some municipalities which I have selected by myself. Various statistics, SWOT analysis and my own questionnaire survey were used to obtain the results.

Possibilities of utilisation of financing from European Union funds by chosen municipality

In his thesis, I am focusing on the possibility of withdrawals of funds from European Union funds for the municipality Ocmanice. The whole work is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part are listed mainly theoretical knowledges concerning the municipalities, the regions, regional policy and subsidies. Practical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected municipality Ocmanice, SWOT analysis, using the implementation are defined by the development potential of the municipality, also describes the individual operational programmes from which the municipality would be able to draw on the financial support of Ocmanice and listed specific examples of their use. At the conclusion of the work on the project is designed for the construction of sewerage and wastewater TREATMENT PLANT financed by the rural development programme. The whole work can merge as a methodological manual for drawing subsidies for municipalities to 500 inhabitants.
