Proactive machine maintenance system
Semotam, Petr ; Řezníčková, Hana (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concerns issues of proactive maintenance, which is focused on machine tools. The most common failures and the most widespread methods of diagnostics of machine tools are described in the thesis. There are also described the procedure of Failure mode, effects and criticality analysis FMEA/FMECA, its possible development in the future with demonstrative presentation of application this analysis on CNC automatic lathe. Subsequently, in the practical part there has been chosen, described and appraised diagnostic of vibrations. Prior to the end the process in field of solving of establishment systems of maintenance has been recommended for SMC Industrial Automation CZ LLC Vyškov.
Analysis and Design of the Machine Maintenance Process
Shylin, Ivan ; Ing. et Ing. Josef Šunka, Ph.D (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The bachelors’ thesis describes requirements for the system of equipment maintenance in the production facility. Firstly, an analysis describes the starting state of the facility, impact of the metrics and regulations setup and finally the impact of sudden growth in equipment inventory. The last part of the thesis describes proposed changes in the process and a new approach to the maintenance.
Design of Autonomous Maintenance for a Selected Operating Section and its Implementation
Fischer, Petr ; Bullawa, Radim (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This work deals with the design of autonomous maintenance for a selected operating section - the press shop and its implementation in the company Dormer Pramet, s.r.o. in Šumperk. In the analytical part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the press, describes the operation within the company, and especially focuses on the analysis of press failures. In the theoretical part there are methods and tools that serve as a basis for compiling proposals for the solution of the master‘s thesis. The practical part then contains the final proposal of a new procedure of autonomous maintenance based on the findings of the analytical and theoretical part.
Optimization of a selected manufacturing production
Kolenič, Michal ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
Táto diplomová práca popisuje optimizáciu obrábacieho procesu za účelom zvýšenia produktivity výrobnej linky. Zadanie bolo vypracované v priebehu priemyselnej stáže vo firme Stellantis na obábacej linke blokov valcov motoru DV. Práca vysvetľuje metódy analýzy strát produktivity na výrobnej linke a aplikácii opatrení smerujúcich ku zvýšeniu produktivity, obzvlásť nasadenie nástrojov štíhlej výroby. Najviac boli nasadené nástroje SMED, ktorého cieľom je optimizácia výmeny rezných nástrojov, a TPM, ktorý ma za cieľ zvýšiť spoľahlivosť výrobných prostriedkov.
Implementation of Lean Production in Production Plant
Peterka, Zdeněk ; MBA, Marek Chromý, (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the practical implementation of lean manufactur-ing elements according to the lean methodology in an engineering company engaged in job production in order to reduce waste and increase production efficiency. At the beginning of the thesis is a presentation of a company that manufactures steam turbines. The following is a short chapter on the background of lean manufactur-ing, focusing on the Kaizen philosophy. The main focus of this thesis is on 3 projects of a practical demonstration of the application of lean manufacturing. The aims are to re-duce waste, streamline production and other individual goals. Each project contains an introduction to the problem, setting its goals, performing a root cause analysis with pro-posing measures to meet the project objectives. The evaluation of the project contains both the achieved benefits as well as the limitations of the provided solution. At the end of this work is an overall evaluation of the financial benefits and costs of individual projects.
Machine tool Life Cycle
Mikulka, Tomáš ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of the life cycle state of the production machine. The thesis is divided into several chapters. First, the life cycle of the machine is defined, and the phrase used here is given. Subsequently, the work is devoted to maintenance, repairs and modernization of the production machine. Then there is a demonstration of Schaeffler Skalica's corporate structure and individual methods that determine the state of the machine's life cycle. In the next chapter, the machine is described and then the analysis is made for the current state of the machine. Then the analyses created are evaluated.
Predictive machine tools maintenance system with the use of vibrodiagnostics
Semotam, Petr ; Nahodil, Petr (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This diploma thesis concerns issues of predictive and condition based maintenance system of machine tools with using a vibrodiagnostics. It studies and researches its impacts through the basic processes of the maintenance system and characterizes the vibration diagnosis as its tool and mean. There is also described a process of putting condition based maintenance into practice in the practical part of the thesis. The development is realized at Siemens Ltd. Brno with all its requirements and aspects such as a maintenance audit which means the decision on the suitability of condition based maintenance within the current maintenance system, technical analysis as a part of introduction of vibration diagnosis and the practical example of acquiring, recording and assessment of measured vibration. Prior to the end the economic evaluation of the planned predictive maintenance system and the design of the general model of development and implementation of the maintenance system into practice are included.
