In my master’s thesis I attend to a very topical subject of a logistic strategy with links to environment, which is actually in the present. The first part of my thesis is focused to a company, explains elementary concepts of logistics and environment and hints connection of company as the system and logistic with links to environment as the subsystem. The second part of my work deals with analyse of exploitation tools alleged at the process improves the quality of a system regulation, which is engaged with producing kitchen furniture.

The regulation of public television in the Czech Republic and in chosen states of The European Union

This bachelor thesis is focused on public television and on the system of regulation in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and in Poland. The opening chapters describe and explain the basics terms and the evolution of public broadcasting of television in chosen states of The European Union and in the Czech Republic. Another part, based on an analysis of legislation and related documents, refers to the regulation of public broadcasting television in the European context and then deals with the legal framework for the functioning of the Czech television, system control, regulatory authorities, methods of funding, regulation of advertising and outlines the topic of digitalisation. The following parts deal with legal framework, regulatory authorities of public television, methods of funding and regulation of advertising in Slovakia and in Poland. The final chapters try to summarize the finding of the previous chapters and to diskuss the future development of public television.
Regulation of Accounting and Taxes in the Ukraine

The work explores questions of accounting, in particular: how the accounting system was formed in the Ukraine, what are the legal principles of regulation of the accounting and tax system, the specificity of audit activities in the Ukraine. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the history of accounting, which is important for understanding the current situation and assessment the possible directions of development of this system.The second chapter examines the legal aspects of regulation of the accounting system, describes the main principles of the law of the Ukraine "About Accounting and Financial Reporting in the Ukraine" and the system of national accounting standards, defines the obligations of accounting entities. The third chapter describes the tax system of the Ukraine, deals with the specifics of the Tax Code and the specificity of corporate income tax in Ukraine. The fourth chapter deals with the subject of the audit profession in Ukraine. The conclusion of the work is analysis of auditor's activities, accounting and tax system and Identification of gaps in conditions of the Ukrainian economy.
