Design of small table saws
Menšík, Martin ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a small semiprofessional table saw. The first part of the thesis describes the issues of table saws. The second part is devoted to research of the market and choosing a suitable construction solution. The result of this thesis is a 3D model of selected solution along with drawings and related calculations of the parts.
Design of small table saws
Stuchlík, Petr ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The main aim of this thesis is the engineering design of a small table circular saw according to the specified parameters. At first, the types of machines available on the market are named and analyzed in detail. Afterwards, the engineering design of the machine is created. The following part is concerned with the individual parts,, tilting of the saw blade, maximum cutting pull through linkage with motion screw and checking of deformation of he critical parts of the machine. The previously specified motor guerantees the power. The fundamental parameter is the functionality of the construction and its cutting conditions. The thesis also includes drawings of selected parts.
Design of small table saws
Krajča, Martin ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design of a small table saw. The first part of this thesis deals with the problematics of the table saws. We can find here described parts of the saw blade, its health & safety and situation on the market. The conclusion of this chapter is de-voted to selections of the design solution. The second chapter is devoted to the computatio-nal documentation. At the end of the thesis there is a visualization of the final solution with description of the individual construction nodes.
