The work addresses the issue of low-energy construction in the Czech Republic and mapping programs that are offered by the state and the European Union, designed to improve the technical and economic performance of buildings. This work also addresses the impact that these subsidy programs can have on the economic situation and the environment. The output will be treated overview of these capabilities in a simple table.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the development of the energy mix of the Czech Republic. The first part is focused on concepts energy mix, energy security and the goals and priorities of state energy policy. Next part describes the development of the Czech energy mix up to present and in this part, the possible future development of the energy mix of the Czech Republic is described as well. In the last part, the energy mix of the Czech Republic is compared to the energy mixes of Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Denmark and the future development of these energy mixes is predicted as well.
Fundamentals of cogeneration and its application in Brno

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the cogeneration – Combined Heat and Power. It describes its main principles and advantages. It presents the most important types of cogeneration technologies with an emphasis on high-power units and summarizes the main areas where the cogeneration can be applied. Further, the State Energy Policy of the Czech Republic in the heat production is introduced. In the last part, the thesis is concerned with the history and the current state of heat production in Brno and gives an overview of the heating stations in the city.

This text will focus on State energy policy of the Czech Republic and its relation to the German Energiewende. Text will try to describe and evaluate importance of energy policy for our country. The document should help us to follow European targets which were set by EU authorities. The situation in energetics has changed a lot since the Czech Republic joined The European Union in 2004 and it is very important to react to current situation in today´s world. It was a necessity to upgrade the document of State energy policy which should reflect latest trends in energetics and the most important international affairs related to energetics. New document should respect European targets and law. On the other hand it has to calculate on future ways which can be followed in this sector.
