Aplikace principů managementu změn dle metodiky PMBOK v odvětví výroby plastových výrobků

This diploma thesis is focused on the planning of the complex relocation of the mass production of plastic parts to new production premises using the PMBOK methodology. On the basis of literature research, a theoretical overview of the fundamental key points is presented, which further serves to elaborate the detailed design part of the work. In the practical part of the work, according to the PMBOK methodology, the data obtained from the interview with the CEO and from the company's available materials are processed into comprehensive project documentation for a specific project of relocation. This methodology is subsequently generalized and basic recommendations and assumptions for possible implementation are given in order to be applicable for the similar projects of the companies in the same industrial sector.

Draft Standardization Project to re-mold Processes and Procedures in Oresi, Ltd

The subject of this work was the now completed project pertaining to the reconstruction of kitchen work tops DOLTI made by Oresi s.r.o.. The aim here was to determine whether this project is standardizable or completely unique. Based on thorough research of the term project, i have created a concise list of characteristics of the term Research into the term standardization yelded the final choice of the PMI standard. Results of research into the term project allowed me to then identify individual sources of information. The focus was on qualitative data and where higher degree of understanding is required, an opinion from an expert of the relevant field is avaliable. Based on the analysis of the data gathered, it is then determined whether the reconstruction of DOLTI is a unique project and a form of standardization of repeated ations/tasks in accordance to the PMI standard is proposed to ensure potentional simplification and organisation of planning pertaining to future projects undertaken by Oresi s.ro.
