Design of agricultural cutting machine
Hráček, Petr ; Chorý, Tomáš (referee) ; Zvonek, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis should bring not only working machine into the branch of agricultural industry, but also new approach to design. Obviously, the contribution of technical innovations, which are required in this segment, is concerned, too. All knowledge and concepts come from the practise of this field. The project partly takes up the pre-diploma thesis called Vision of the agricultural cutting machine with container arrangement and shares some details of the concept as such. The technical part was solved during the winter term within the scope of the subject Machines and equipment. From this project will be adopted all bases of constructional innovations of agricultural machine concept.
Porovnání kvality řezanky u samojízdných sklízecích řezaček
HEŘMÁNEK, Aleš
This final thesis is dealing with feed production technologies interms of different species of plants for the purpose of livestock production or energetics. The thesis analyzes one particular technology because of wide range of options on the market nowadays. The resource review chapter provides comprehensive information about history of forage harvesters and their use in crop production up to now. A significant part of that chapter describes an overview of latest technology. The thesis focuses on self-propelled machines and is complemented by a description of individual technical solutions. The metodology part contains measurement procedure and comparison criteria of particular John Deere 8300 and New Holland FR 500 machines. All the measured values had been gathered between 2019 and 2020. These values have provided the main source for acquiring further subject. The points of comparison were feed quality, grain crushing, efficiency and fuel consumption. The last criteria in that comparison are operational costs of particular forage harvesters.
Samojízdné mobilní prostředky v rostlinné výrobě
Bednář, Libor
The bachelor thesis provides an overview of self-propelled machines used in crop production, presents agrotechnical requirements for these machines and simultaneously clarifies their operation. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on modular energetics machines and shows models produced by selected producers along with their technical parameters and their utilization according to extensions. Then I come to the main content of my bachelor thesis concerning the analysis of functional parts of forage harvester. The thesis continues with inclusion of forage harvester within harvesting lines of crop production. Finally, it contains the results of field measurement and the calculations of operational costs of forage harvester.
Porovnání sklízecích řezaček JOHN DEERE 7800 Pro Drive a JOHN DEERE 7300 při sklizni senáže a kukuřice na siláž
ADAMEC, Petr
This thesis introduces processed information and ideas related to the line for crop processing. A review of literature is focused on characteristics of basic forage and forage harvesters. The methodology includes procedures for measurement and comparison between the forage harvesters John Deere 7800 and John Deere 7300. Results of the work carry measured and calculated data which were obtained in year 2015. Harvesters are compared in terms of forage cutting and grain grinding quality, performance and fuel consumption. The work also presents the cost expenses associated with operation of the harvesters.

The forage harvesters and their operational noise
ŠOUKAL, Jan
The bachelor thesis discusses the noise of forage harvesters at the operator. Three self-propelled forage harvesters of different mark and age were measured. The results of measurement are displayed in graphs. Next it contains the equivalent enumeration of the sound-pressure level. In conclusion, the forage harvesters are evaluated from the point of view of the noise pollution at the operator and detected results are compared to the valid legislation.
Sklizecí řezačky v pracovních postupech sklizně kukuřice
Večeře, Václav
This diploma thesis deals with the quality of green chaff in the harvest of silage corn. It also comapres the measured figures of the filed choler in the working procedures and evaluates the impact of sharpness of the cutters on the quality of green chaff. The quality of the labour of filed choler is valued according to the length of green chaff. This diploma also focuses on the investment at the purchase of field choler.
Samojízdné stroje a sklízeče v rostlinné výrobě
Karásek, Tomáš
This thesis gives an overview about self-moving machines and harvesting machines currently used in vegetable production. It mainly focuses on self-moving machines for harvesting of cereals and fodder crops. It focuses only marginally on machines for chemical protection and crops' fertilisation and machines for harvesting of root crops and special crops. History, development and individual functional parts are described at chosen self-moving machines. It deals in detail with possibilities of using of different types of adapters for self-moving threshing machine and self-moving cutting machine. Self-moving threshing machines were chosen for technical and technical-economic evaluation.
Samojízdné sklizňové stroje v pracovních postupech sklizně pícnin
Hudec, Filip
This bachelor thesis contains the self-propelled forage machines used at forage harvest. The main theme are the propelled forage harvesters. There is described structural design theirs each part. In details there are described cutting devices and theirs structural de-sign, because it is the most important part of this harvesters. The cutting devices are described with the emphasis on differences between the manufacturers. In practical part is demonstrated the method of calculation of length chopped and factors that influence the quality of chopped. At the end of this thesis is made technical and economical com-parison of chosen harvesters. There is also made evaluation of operating costs this har-vesters and consideration suitability acquisition for the purpose.
