The aim of my diploma thesis is to formulate ethical dilemmas that social workers solve when working with sex workers and to analyze the most frequently mentioned dilemmas. The work is divided into six chapters, in which I describe the target group, social work and its specifics with this target group. Other chapters are devoted to social work with sex workers, the role of the social worker and research methodology. The next chapter deals with the ethics of social work and the most common dilemmas of social workers. At the end of the work there is an analysis of the ethical dilemma of social work in the time of Covid from the perspective of the ethical theory of deontology and utilitarianism.

Impact of Covid-19 pandemic on sexual services in Czech Republic from the point of view of employees of NGOs Abstract This bachelor thesis is focused on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on sexual services in the Czech Republic from the perspective of employees of non-profit organizations. The aim of this work is to determine the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on sexual services, to point out the changes caused by the pandemic in the field of sexual services and watch the reactions of non-profit organizations. This is a qualitative research in which five employees of non-profit organizations participated. I obtained the data for my work through online interviews, which took place from March to June 2021. This work shows the changes in the Covid-19 pandemic in the field of sexual services. Discusses topics such as violence, marginalization, and intersectionality in relation to sexual services. In my work, the Covid-19 pandemic is worsening the living conditions of sex workers and often forcing them to lower their boundaries. It also turned out that the reaction of non-profit organizations was quick, and their help was necessary.

In my thesis I discuss sexuality of disabled people, the service of sexual surrogacy and the conditions which are in this sense set in social care institutions. My aim is to offer an insight into the openness of the representatives of these institutions to discuss sexuality of social care recipients. This should outline what starting position for those who provide information or practical assistance in satisfaction of sexual needs of disabled people is. Besides, I compare the situation in the Czech Republic with the situation in New South Wales. In this Australian country, there was a survey few years ago similar to the one I recently made here in the Czech Republic and I want to compare their results. New South Wales is in my thesis the example of countries where providing sexual services is legal while in the Czech republic there this way of making money lies in "grey market". The different approach to legislation of providing sexual services in my point of view and also according to the information I found out influences how people perceive the service of sexual surrogacy for disabled. Based on that, I expect the results of Australian survey and also the extent of accessibility to information and sexual surrogacy shows to be more favourable than those in the Czech Republic.
