The Design of Minimal Bluetooth Stack
Gazda, Martin ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Hanáček, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis main aim is to design minimal Bluetooth stack for embedded applications running on an education platform FITkit. This paper contains a theoretical foundation for that work and implementation description. The main section includes Bluetooth protocol stack design and main opportunities which such a design raises.
Excitation and detection of plasmon polaritons
Brtek, Tomáš ; Kalousek, Radek (referee) ; Tomanec, Ondřej (advisor)
Behavior of surface plasmon polaritons and localized surface plasmons is strongly dependent on parametres of metalic surfaces and on parametres of structures created on the surfaces. This work deals with plasmonics mainly in the field of producing structures for plasmonics resonant systems, which might be suitable for excitation of surface plasmons by modified scanning tunneling microscopy. Final structures made for this purpose were described. Techniques for the excitation of plasmons are presented.
2D near-field digital holography
Klok, Pavel ; Kvapil, Michal (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis presents an experimental study of the phase distribution of the surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) interference by using an aperture-type Scanning Near-field Optical Microscope (a-SNOM). Interference patterns caused by the excitation of SPPs waves on variously arranged grooves were detected and compared with FDTD simulations. Using the 2D Near-field Phase-Shifting Digital Holography (NPDH) method, phase distribution in individual interference nanostructures was imaged and later compared to the results obtained from FDTD simulations.
Renewable energy sources in CR
Pokorný, Tomáš ; Chroboczek, Libor (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
Renewable energy sources in CR with a view to small water power plants. Bachelor's thesis of common bachelor studies of 3th years. This bachelor's thesis is technical literature search. The contents of this search is an analysis of a mechanical equipment of that are used for small water power plants, analysis of history and present state of exploitations water sources and display of elementary performance calculations for a given locality.
