Pavlína Savková Počet stran: 83 Počet příloh: 3 Rok obhajoby: 2012 Klíčová slova: S-E-T koncept, fraktura proximálního humeru, uzavřený a otevřený kinematický řetězec, redcord systém, svalová smyčka Key words: S-E-T concept, fracture of proximal humerus, open and closed kinematic chain, redcord system, muscle loop The goal of bachelor's thesis is the use of the S-E-T concept in patients after fracture of proximal humerus. The theoretical part gives the information about the kinesiology of the upper limb, classification of fracture and its therapy. Another part deals with the examination of the shoulder girdle by physiotherapist, rehabilitation plan and the S-E-T concept. The practical part is focused on the use of S-E-T elements within the concept of rehabilitation. Two patients took part in this method of the therapy, which was applied in the apparatus Redcord.
