The third chapter concerns the attitudes of parents and how they influence their children through these attitudes. I also deal with the school and teachers here, how it would be appropriate to treat Romani children and what qualities the educator should have. I also mention here the value of lifelong learning and how language skills affect the school success rate of a Romani pupil.
