Vývoj populace registrovaných králíků na Blanensku ve vybraných letech

The aim of the work was the development of the population of registered rabbits in Blansko. It was only the rabbits that met the conditions of registration, which means that they came from parents who were properly rated at the show. Individual breeding categories large, small, medium and dwarfed in selected years 2013-2018 were evaluated. The data were obtained from records of registration in Blansko, which is continuously performed by the district registrar. Obtained data were categorized by breeds and sorted by breeding categories. Basic statistical evaluation was performed in MS Excel. Then in the program Statistica. Medium-sized breeds were observed for the largest group, with the largest differences in 2013 and 2017, although they were not statistically significant. Can be counted with the largest numbers of breeds perspective big light silver, rabbit of burgundy and Californien. For large breeds dominated the breed of French lop, the largest differences showed 2013 and 2016. For small breeds dominated silver little, small lop, chinchilla small, the largest differences showed 2015, 2017 and 2018. Dwarf breeds showed their gradual perspective, the question was very small breeding base, the biggest differences showed the year 2014 and 2018.

The bachelor thesis deals with registered Significant Landscape Elements (SLE) in the territory of the municipality of Bělá nad Svitavou, where a revision and evaluation of the state of the SLE and subsequent adjustment of the boundaries in accordance with the cadastral map are carried out. At the same time, the possibility of caring for individual areas in the future are proposed. The work serves as a basis for the Department of the Environment of the municipality with extended competence of Svitavy. The theoretical part is devoted to the significant landscape elements legislation.

This thesis focuses on the progression of the sale of new passenger cars in the Czech repub-lic in regions, especially depending on the economic development of these regions. The focus of the analysis is on the relationship between the sale of passenger cars and the eco-nomic development, on the development of gross domestic product. The thesis presents trends in the Czech automotive market on the basis of acquired data. Analysis and conc-lusion are made by statistical methods, also from the available data.

Úloha malých a středních obchodních podniků na sociálně-ekonomický rozvoj Ghany

The aim of this Master thesis titled ''The role of Small and Medium Business Enterprises to the Socio-Economic Development of Ghana'' was to analyze the opportunities of Small and Medium Business Enterprises (SMEs) operating in the informal sector of Ghana and its contribution to the economic growth and development through registration and taxation. To tackle the topic, a quantitative approach was adopted. Questionnaires were circulated to SMEs in the Accra metropolis and based on the responses received; analysis of the data was done to know the various ways in which the informal sector can be induced to register and also taxed. Also the amount of revenue which can be generated from registering and taxing SMEs in the informal sector was calculated to know how much the government is losing as well as how it would contribute to socio-economic development of the region and the country at large. The study concludes with some recommendations on the development of the informal sector and as such effective ways to register and tax the informal sector for the socio-economic development.

Ischemic thrombus analysis in multiphasic brain stroke CT data

This master thesis deals with analysis of ischemic thrombus in brain CT scans. In theoretical part, a review of methods, especially thrombus segmentation, is developed. Furthermore, the anatomy of cerebral arteries and acute ischemic stroke is summarized. Selected methods from the field of image processing are briefly described. The practical part results in a comparison of thrombus segmentation methods. The segmentation itself was preceded by data preprocessing, which is described in the theses, and the creation of a manual annotation database. The best implemented method was found to be the adaptive thresholding method, which achieved a Dice score of 0,4555. By combining the methods appropriately, a final Dice score of 0,5145 was achieved. Thrombus parameters were then calculated from the segmented volumes. The median intensity value was 51,55~HU, the median length was 15,16 mm, and the median volume was determined to be 65,34 mm3. Subsequent correlation analysis showed no significant relationship between the derived parameters.

Festivals contributes to development of film industry and cinematography. Endeavor to improve organization's effectiveness of this social event can be done by establishing an information system which can help to reach higher attendance and satisfaction of visitors.

Precise segmentation of image data

The concern of this thesis is a development of an extension module for 3D Slicer platform. The core of the module is an implementation of a Support Vector Machines classifier, which is used for segmentation of the vertebral column image data provided by the University Hospital Brno. One of the goals of the thesis was resampling and registration of these image sequences. CT volumes provided solid contrast and were used as a reference for gaining properly segmented groups of vertebrae. Due to the low quality of the MRI volumes image data, segmentation of MRI images was not completely succesful. The extension module scripted in Python language can be seen as a tool and can be used in the future for different datasets.

Internet library of methods and algorithms used for medical image registration

Image registration is a procedure which is heading to search for a geometric transformation, which ensures same position, orientation and size of coresponding objects in pictures. How does these methods work? These methods and principies are explained in first part of this work. Second part of this work is aimed to explain theory about information systems and practical creation of the internet databaze. These practical part was realized in editorial system called Drupal.
