The bachelor thesis is focused on financial resources from Structural Funds European Union. Theoretical part is concentrated on the main knowledge, how the European Union distributes these resources. This part deal with conception of regional politics and funds, include summary of individual programs, from which can be drawn. Practical part is created with the objective to demonstrate how the formal facts and processional methods from theoretical part can be used for submission of an proposal of projekt which can be used for purposes company.

The Topic of the Diploma Thesis Is an Implementation of Projects Founded by EU, More Specifically the Area of Support 1.1 Increasing Employee Adaptability and Enterprise Competitiveness. The Aim of the Thesis Is to Evaluate, whether the Implementation of Projects under Call no. 35 "Training Is a Chance" Can Be Considered Successful, Both from the Governing Body- and the Applicant's Perspective. The Operational Objective Is to Identify Causes of Difficulties in Administration of Projects Founded by EU by using Ishikawa diagram. In accordance with Pareto principle, the Main Causes Are Defined Together with a Proposal of their Solution. The Final Thesis Can Be Used as a Tool to Draw Attention to the Risk Situations on a Project, Both for Potential Applicants for Subsidies and Administrators in Governing Body.
