Valuation of utilitie networks - service pipe

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the analysis and the creation of budget indicators for service lines for family houses. The first part is focused on the explanation of basic terms specific for this subject, especially basic information about service lines for family houses and the valuation methods for service lines. The practical part is focused on the creation of basic database of service lines, such as sewer, water and gas pipes, using my own item budget, and the creation of budget indicators for these constructions. In this part, we can find calculated specific indicators that are related to the unit price per meter of the pipe length. In this thesis, budget (price) indicators of ÚRS CZ a.s. and RTS a.s. companies were utilised and for which the pipes were compared on this level. In the last part, I describe a wider classification of constructions, the creation of average prices for these parts and the comparison with a more detailed database, specifically RYRO database used by ÚRS CZ a.s.
Analysis of the possibilities of linking building and economic software and software for technical drawing

The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the possibilities of data linking of building design software with building-economical software for budgeting from the point of view of building information modeling. The theoretical part deals with BIM issues. It contains a general definition of the method and its bases, addresses the possible benefits, the current state of implementation in the Czech Republic and abroad, the relationship with the participants in the building process and the life cycle of the building. The next part describes the currently used procedures in the building valuation phase. The last, practical part of the thesis contains a draft of linking the data between the software for creating the BIM model and the cost documentation for budgeting in order to transfer the necessary information more efficiently and simplify the valuation process.

Construction object and its life cycle from the perspective of BIM

The diploma thesis analyzes detached house created in BIM software. In the practical part was modeled BIM model, which was attributed the Information. Of the exported data was created budget and calculated total cost of building. The part of this work is calculate life-cycle cost and analysis of the most costies parts. The main result of this work is the demonstrace private investors and public procurement the advantages of BIM attitute to projects, Also calculate the price of building and life cycle costs in the studies BIM model can help investor to show how much they will cost of building without investor didn´t invest too much project funds and thus could reconsider the rejection or modification project.
