ATC (ICAO) procedures valid for aircraft transits or departures the European airspace under the RVSM conditions
Pulgret, Lukáš ; Sklenář, Filip (referee) ; Vosecký, Slavomír (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis occupies development of air navigation method and is focused at area navigation RNAV and it utilization in RVSM European air space. Installation of RVSM allows to fully and effectively use the capacity of European air space. Publication describes essence of particular navigation methods and inform about technical ruquirements which are necessary to observe requirements of safety minimums. Other part describe procedures which have to be comply by pilots during flights from and into RVSM European air space. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to briefly describe problematice of area navigation RNAV and RVSM. Explain principles and inform about contribution of mentioned projects. This publication is intended for students of degree programme professional pilot and Aeronautical traffic.
Airport Development LKHK - implementation IFR operations for RNAV
Hornych, Petr ; Vosecký, Slavomír (referee) ; Ptáček, Pavel (advisor)
The objective of this thesis is development study of airport Hradec Králové for IFR traffic on the basis of RNAV, with instrument approach, and it’s evaluation. Thesis contains author’s methodology for problem solving, description of the airport, determination of the lifting factors and study, including inputs analysis, description of the work and evaluation.
Optimization of the ground network infrastructure of radio navigation aids for RNAV in FIR Praha
Krejčí, Jan ; Vosecký, Slavomír (referee) ; Ptáček, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis concerns with creating of study which deals with the optimization of the ground network infrastructure of radio navigation aids for RNAV in FIR Praha. The thesis contains an analysis of concept of development of Czech navigation environment and introduces DEMETER software, in which the optimization analyses are realized. The thesis describes DME/DME navigation system from the perspective of individual components and parameters. The actual study deals with an optimization of the ground network infrastructure of the radio navigation aids and includes the definition of network performance requirements, creation of general methodology of optimization of navigation performance analysis and a procedure of choosing a suitable placement of radio navigation aid. The integral parts of the study are analyses of current state of navigation performance and analyses of possible improvement of radio navigation infrastructure.
Design of RNAV SID and STAR air routes for Brno-Tuřany airport
Zvolánek, Jiří ; Ing. Duka (referee) ; Vosecký, Slavomír (advisor)
The main content of this master’s thesis is design of RNAV SID and STAR routes for Brno Tuřany Airport. The study analyses usage of current conventional instrument arrivals and departures published for the aerodrome and describes its TMA. The new precision RNAV routes and the terminal area are designed based on the indentified information. A detailed construction of the chosen departure procedure is enclosed.
Implementation of PBN - Performance Based Navigation Procedures to Regional Airport
Veselý, Petr ; Soldán,, Vladimír (referee) ; Vosecký, Slavomír (referee) ; Kevický, Dušan (advisor)
The thesis focuses on issues of the procedures in the terminal manoeuvring area (TMA) at regional airports. The goal is to provide a complex study of possible implementation of instrumental arrivals, departures and approaches on the basis of the requirements of the Performance Based Navigation (PBN) at a particular regional airport in the Czech Republic (Kunovice airport). The simulative evaluation of the operational impacts caused by the suggested changes in TMA Brno and CTR Kunovice is also a part of the thesis. The last section is focused on providing a generic methodology describing the process of design and evaluation of PBN procedures.
Ways of Improving GNSS Performance for RNP-RNAV Operations
Kvíčala, Aleš ; Kevický, Dušan (referee) ; Ptáček, Pavel (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to analyze current requirements of navigation system RNP RNAV. Particularly is behaving about estimation current ways and description of future improving GNSS performance. In submitted thesis is describes present evolution of area navigation and required navigation performance RNP. The next part deals with the common access how to raise the performance parameters, their estimation and also description how it'll be solve in future systems.
The substance of the RVSM navigation method and its application in European airspace.
Pergl, Kamil ; Ptáček, Pavel (referee) ; Vosecký, Slavomír (advisor)
Area navigation RNAV and reducing vertical separation minimum RVSM methods are both considerable phase of high air traffic density issue solution. By implementation of these methods the optimization of airspace is achieved. In present the RNAV and RVSM procedures are implemented in European airspace and the procedures of these metods are valid. Thesis sumarizes the substance of these methods, its implementation and especially procedures they are connected with. The purpose of this thesis is to form qualified analysis of RNAV and RVSM methods and to desctibe its feasibility and its trends in European airspace. The thesis is intended as an educational aid for pilots and aerospace engineering students self-study.
Methods, Technical Facilities and Planning Procedures and Flight Navigation of Free Flight under RVSM Conditions
