FLATcon system – CCD detection of media meters with RF communication
Lancz, Michal ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with designing the concept of battery powered miniature microcontroller system based on CCD detection of media meters. The FLATcon design concept contains the necessary inputs and outputs for communication with microcontroller and with peripheral devices. The aim of the thesis is to detect the state of a media meter equipped with an analogue dial, to save the scanned image along with the scanning time and forwarding through the RF module. The bachelor thesis describes FLATcon system design, soldering and supplying the system and testing peripheral devices.
FLATcon system – flat control system with RF communication
Krivoklatský, Filip ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis discusses solutions of smart houses. It presents some of the available solutions on market and points out its positives and negatives. The thesis itself focuses on solutions which support wireless communication. Subsequently, the design of custom solution named FLATcon is being proposed. It includes designing of central unit, which is the main part of the system. First, the hardware part is being designed. Base of this is minicomputer Raspberry Pi 3 B with necessary inputs and outputs. Uninterruptible power supply and wireless communication interface are also part of the design. Subsequently, thesis focuses on control software design and on user interface in form of web server. At the end of this thesis, achieved results are presented.
Wireless Sensor System for Transportation Applications
Homzová, Michaela ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is concept of system for wireless pressure measurement. Pressure is measured in the tires. In this thesis is realized wireless communication between two radio modules FRM22b, digital pressure measurement by sensor SP100-12A, and development board FRDM-KL46. Final solution was tested during the experimental measurement.
