Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for palletizing
Kopec, Adam ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the digital commissioning of a robotic system for palletizing. The first part of the thesis presents theoretical knowledge. Digital commissioning was characterized, its principles and possibilities were presented, as well as automated palletizing with a focus on robotic palletizing and the use of grippers. In the second part of the thesis digital commissioning was created. An analysis of possible workplace layouts was created, then the selected workplace was assembled in the RobotStudio program, while some elements were modelled in the Inventor program. After defining the paths and logic, the system was commissioned.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for laser cutting
Žaludek, Jan ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with digital commissioning of a robotic production system for laser cutting. First part of this thesis sums up teoretical knowledge of virtual commissioning, fundamentals of laser and laser cutting and system analysis of such a workplace. In practical part of this thesis, the workplace was designed including the workpiece clamping. The design and the digital commissioning itself was mediated by the software RobotStudio. In the programming language RAPID a control program was made and tuned. The workoplace was then virtually commissioned. For easier handling a user interface on FlexPendant was made.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for machine tool operators
Simandl, Tomáš ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with virtual commisioning of robotic production system for machine tools operators. This thesis is based on real workplace, which is located in the laboratory of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the BUT. The issues of virtual commisioning, data validation and workshop analysis are described in the teoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis there is described creation of components in the RobotStudio, robotic programm, PLC program and also virtual commisioning itself.
