This diploma thesis analyses company HEUS s.r.o. Offer solution for keep the position of the firm on the market. It is the basic aim in this diploma thesis. In theoretical part of the diploma thesis are description finanacial analysis, mainly elementary method. In practical part I use this method of finanacial analysis to process analysis of company HEUS s.r.o. Final part offer solution for better position company on the market and for better economy of the company.

The aim of this theses is to evaluate conditions of the selected business by means of the analyses of the internal and external environments, including the macroeconomic environment analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, the financial and fundamental analysis and SWOT analysis for a selected period. Before the analysis execution is defined theoretical basis, which includes an explanation of the principles of the analyses. The outcome of these parts are an implementation of executed analyses and information to a specific conditions of the company and a suggestion of the recommendations, which improves efficiency of the company.

In my master´s thesis, I focus on an overall review of a middle-sized manufacturing company, which was touched by a global crisis. Based on differents kinds of analysis, I try to discover reserves in a company activity, which make impossible its repeated grow. I will define proposals thanks to the analysis´ conclusions. Those proposals should lead to a positive company progress in coming years.

It is focusing on an overall review of the firm standing and tries to assess it's internal situation and the environment as well. The theoretical base, which antecedes the whole analysis, clarifies the significance of the particular analysis and describes the way of their completion.

Testování software je časově a finančně náročný proces, který je součástí vývojového procesu. Společnosti, které používají rozsáhlé informační systémy, se snaží uvedenou náročnost testování snížit, proto často využívají tzv. automatizovaného testování. Cílem práce je vytvořit přehled o vybraných způsobech automatizovaného testování. Tento přehled bude vytvořen na základě popisu čtyř vybraných nástrojů, které umožňují testování zautomatizovat. Každý nástroj používá k automatizaci testování různé postupy. U vybraných nástrojů bude popsáno jejich hlavní zaměření v rámci automatizovaného testování, jakým způsobem probíhá jejich instalace, jak vytvářejí potřebné testy, jak vypadá jejich grafické uživatelské rozhraní, jakým způsobem reportují výsledky o stavu proběhlého testu a zda jsou volně šiřitelné či nikoliv. Podle těchto údajů budou nástroje zhodnoceny.
