The Order Processing in the Selected Company

This bachelor's thesis proceesed in production company Tajmac-ZPS a.s., which is engaged in production of Machine centres. It is focused on the optimalization of the order processing in selected company, from demand's acceptance until shipment of final product to customer. Based on gained informations, I try to propose the improvement of present state, which helps to refine the company's production systém.

The abstrakt of bachelor thesis „The Application of Process Management in the Production Enterprise“ is presenting design change from functional form of management to procces one. From analysis results of chosen product will be formed a design. On the base of this design, procces management will be implemented into enterprise management. Results of design will be measured and examined the gains for the whole company.

The Study Manufacturing Process Control Selected Components

This diploma thesis deals with a study on production process management for a selected component of the joint-stock company ZDAS. This component is cast piece. The first section is paying attention to the production process of a cast piece, starting from the offer, offer processing, proposal of manufacturing process, production of a cast piece inclusive of testing and, according to customer´s requirement, rough machining, where the last phase of order is a transport of product to customer. Another section is focusing on the productional subdivision of the moulding shop, where the moulding shop inputs and outputs, the mould making are described as well as evaluation of the plan fulfilment of castings production in the monitored periond. The closing section contains proposals that should lead to the improvement of production, conditions of their implementation and potential contributions.

Lean Management of Production System

This diploma thesis deals with lean management of production system in Inventec (Czech), s.r.o company, Brno branch of which produces desktop PCs and servers of Fujitsu brand. Management of production system is analyzed via tools and methods of lean philosophy and based on the information gained. Proposition (improvement) for a selected part of production system will be made, which will lead to elimination of wasting of resources and time.

Výroba krmných směsí pro hospodářská zvířata

The feed industry has a long history in the Czech Republic. The volume of feed production is influenced by consumer demand for final products and the price development of compound feed and commodity affects the harvest of agricultural commodities from the previous marketing year. The purchase of raw materials needed for the production of compound feeds is subject to the technical standards and for the production of feed itself, the conditions are laid down in Act on Feed No. 95/1996 Coll. and in Decree No. 295/2015 Coll. An important factor in production is a functioning production process, which is regularly inspected internally and by the appropriate institute. Control of risks and threats to food and feed safety placed on the market are monitored by HACCP and RASFF preventive systems.
