Master´s thesis describes the design and static calculating of selected elements of prefabricated reinforced concrete hall with bulit-in office, elaboration of basic drawings of the project documentation, shape and reinforcemenet drawings of these selected structural prefabricated elements. The work also includes technical report, details of selected element´s contacts, drawing of plates and study of the behavior of reinforced buildings. Calculation was performed by using a computer program AxisVm, Microsoft Excel a IDEA StatiCa
Prefabricated reinforced concrete hall of the shipping centre
Mejvald, Martin ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
The subject of the master thesis is the design of a reinforced concrete prefabricated hall for an expedition centre. It is a one-storey hall with a two-storey extension for administration. The proposed structure has a rectangular plan with dimensions of 78,0 × 48,0 m and a height of 13 m. A column system is chosen as the supporting structural system. In the middle row of columns, every second column is skipped to create more space for storage inside the hall, so it is a two-column hall. The building is roofed with a pre-stressed gable truss which is supported on columns and trusses. The administrative part is roofed with SPIROLL ceiling panels. The whole structure is reinforced with longitudinal and transverse concrete stiffeners, the rigidity of the structure is also ensured by steel stiffeners. The structure was modelled in SCIA Engineer, the global model was used to determine the internal forces on the individual elements of the structure. The assessment of the elements was carried out by manual calculation, in the calculation program IDEA Statica and FIN EC. The drawings were created in Tekla Structures and Cadkon+ 2023. The selected load-bearing elements of the hall structure will be addressed in the thesis.
Preparation for the implementation of a reinforced concrete prefabricated hall in Blansko
Vágner, Jakub ; Průcha, Aleš (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the assembly of a reinforced concrete skeletal hall from prefabricated elements in Blansko. The work contains a technical report focusing on the assembly skeleton, situational buildings with broader transport relationships, replacement statement, technological regulation of skeleton assembly, construction organization solutions, schedule and graph of workers' needs, machine design, inspection and test plan, safety and health plan when working on the construction site, list of prefabricated elements reinforced concrete, details of connections of individual prefabricated parts, introduction diagram, Procedure of mobile crane and tractor with flatbed on the construction site.
Design of concrete structure of industrial hall
Richtr, Jan ; Šiška, Radek (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the design of a single-nave reinforced concrete prefabricated hall with a crane runway. The focus of the design and assessment is on the elements of the main transverse frame. The saddle girder, along with the columns, is assessed for the ultimate limit state (ULS) and the serviceability limit state (SLS). Another part of the design addresses the proposal of the reinforced concrete cladding made of panels. The panels are designed for the ULS under exceptional loading conditions. The master's thesis also explores the possibility of additional column prestressing with post-tensioning reinforcement and the potential installation of a crane with higher load capacity in the hall.
Prefabricated hall for gym
Pavličko, Jakub ; Hrubý, Tomáš (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to design particular vertical and horizontal elements of the prefabricated gym hall. The supporting structure of the gym is formed by means of the column system with the use of the roof preloaded trusses. The entrance part of the building is designed as a column system using load-bearing beams and prefabricated ceiling sections. Overall, the structure of the building consists of columns, footings, foundation beams, reinforcing beams, prefabricated components which function as a ceiling structure, components functioning as a grandstand, a load - bearing beams a preloaded roof trusses V1. The diploma thesis designs particular supporting elements of the construction together with the construction of a grandstand.
Construction-technological stage of the stock hall in Jiříkovice
Čačaný, Lukáš ; Bříza, Lukáš (referee) ; Mohapl, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the processing of the technological stage which is the upper carcass of the storage-administrative area. In this work we deal with technical management, situation of construction, equipment of construction site, item budget, time schedule, technological progress of construction, design of machine system, control test plan and work safety of technological stage.
Design of the precast load-bearing structure of the production hall
Knespl, Vojtěch ; Čairović, Dorde (referee) ; Girgle, František (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the design and static calculation of selected elements of the prefabricated load-bearing structure of production hall, the development of basic drawings of the project documentation of the building and drawings of the shape and reinforcement of the solved elements in the details of the implementation documentation. Specifically, it is a T-section reinforced concrete saddle truss, rectangular columns, and headers. The thesis includes a text section that contains a description of the object, the structural system, the individual elements, loads, model, and technological construction process. Calculations were performed using Scia Engineer 21.1, IDEA StatiCa and Microsoft Excel programs.
Design of prefabricated concrete hall
Cibičková, Viktória ; Chalivopulos, Paris (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the design and assessment of a precast concrete hall. The first part of the work deals with the selection of a suitable layout solution from several proposed variants and a description of the technical solution of the object. After the load calculation, which corresponds to the nature of the building's use and climatic conditions, is followed by an assessment of selected elements of the structure, such as a typical purlin, girder, columns and foundation structures. The static assessment was determined through computational models and was accompanied by a manual simplified calculation check. The next part is devoted to creating a study of the structure's behavior. In the study, the design of several versions of the steel bracing system of the object was evaluated. The task was to choose the most suitable variant. Another goal of the study was the evaluation of the results of the global model from the nonlinear assessment through the software, as well as the evaluation of the results of the deformation caused by entering flexible supports into the computer software. In the last part, the proposed structure is demonstrated through assembly drawings, drawings of the shape and reinforcement of selected elements, drawings of assembly details, bearings and forgings. Visualizations of the object are part of the drawing documentation.
