Analysis of Postal Services Within Postservis (Hybrid Mail)

The main objective of this work was to analyze the commercial services provided by Czech Post in the project Hybrid Mail and propose possible changes and improvements. Sub-goal was the mapping of customer satisfaction with the services provided in the press, assembly and dispatch of consignments and assessment of the competitive position of Czech Post in this market segment.
