Apartment building
Kramplová, Marie ; Blažková, Vendula (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the new construction of an apartment building, which is located east of the city center of Zlín, Příluky. The building has three floors above ground and has a partial basement. It is covered with a flat roof. Cellar boxes for individual apartments and technical facilities are designed in the underground floor. There are two apartments on each upper floor. The entrance to the building is from the west side, from where the access walkway comes. Parking for eight cars is provided inside the building. There are two parking spaces for the disabled outside the building. The structural system of the building is a wall made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The horizontal supporting structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab. The construction is based on a basic waterproof reinforced concrete structure. The perimeter walls are contact-insulated with the ETICS system using facade polystyrene with a thickness of 200 mm.
Apartment building
Jaroš, Radek ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located on the southern outskirts of the city of Brno in the Brno - Jih district, in the part of the village Přízřenice on flat terrain. The building is designed as a free-standing building with four above-ground floors and one underground floor completely sunk below ground level. In the underground part of the apartment building there is a technical background of the building and individual cellar cubicles for the housing units. There are twelve residential units in the above-ground part of the building, three units on each floor. Housing units on the ground floor are complemented by terraces, housing units on other floors are complemented by balconies and loggias. A barrier-free entrance to the building is designed. An elevator is also designed in the building. The above-ground part of the apartment building is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The external load-bearing walls in the basement are monolithic made of reinforced concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. A single-skin flat roof is designed for the apartment building. The building is based on foundation strips. The building is designed parking with a sufficient number of parking spaces. The house is designed according to the requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Such a requirement has been achieved through heat recovery and building envelope parameters.
Nursery school Jinačovice
Božek, Michal ; Rousek, Tomáš (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The main aim of this master project is to design a new nursery school with a parking lot and playground in Jinačovice. The building has single floor and flat green roof. It is divided into three main parts: middle part, class A, class B. The middle part includes a wind lobby, corridor and auxiliary rooms such as cleaning room, staff rooms, storage and utility room. Almost identical classes A and B include a day room/play room, changing room, children washroom, storage of toys and kitchen. The vertical loadbearing masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The envelope walls insulated with ETICS. The horizontal loadbearing structure is made of Spiroll panels. Heating energy is supplied by two air-water heat pump. Ventilation is provided by air conditioning with heat recovery. Shading is provided by external louvers. The project was carried out in AutoCAD.
