The bachelor thesis is interested and solved in heating of the polyfunctional object, that is divided into an operating segment and an apartments segment. The first part of bachelor thesis is focused on description and function of heat pumps. The second part of thesis is a design of heating and hot water preparation. As a heat source of heating is designed a heat pump with vertical ground collectors. The third part of the bachelor thesis contains a technical report, drawing documentation and attachments.

This thesis deals with the design of the heating system in a Polyfunctional building. The design is solving heating of a Polyfunctional Object in Kostelec nad Ohří. The building has basement and two floors. The building is heated by means of panel, tubular and floor convector heaters. The source of the heat is located in the boiler room in the basement.

The topic of this Master's thesis is an elaboration of project documentation of construction part for a project of new building polyfunctional object in Přerov. Object is composed of three floors. In the first floor there are shops and café. In the second and third floor there are office areas. Construction system is transverse wall. The ceilings are made of prestressed panels. The roof of polyfunctional object is single-layer flat roof.
