PLC code for communication diagnostics on the network PROFIBUS-DP

The main object of my semestral work is to diagnose communication of devices on the network Profibus DP. Consequently to signalize potential failures such as disconnected device or partially wrong connection of device. Signalization will be running on touch screen of operating panel. In the first part of my work there are the networks described, in which the system will communicate and also summary description of equipments which will be diagnosed. In the next part of my work there is description of diagnosed program and flowchart. In the last part, my semestral work is talking about visualization of diagnostic program, collocation of windows and of entire design.
Implementation of a Pick and Place Machine in a Siemens S7 Program Language

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem metody, jak řídit SIMATIC S5 zařízení pomocí o generaci novějšího SIMATIC S7 PLC prostřednictvím PROFIBUS sběrnice, doplněného o dotykový panel SIMATIC TP177b DP/PN. Pro komunikaci s S5 zařízením byl zvolen modul IM 308-C DP. Zařízení je zcela řízeno pomocí SIMATIC S7 PLC a dotykového panelu. Jako programovací jazyk byl vybrán STL. Aplikace pro dotykový panel byla vytvořena v prostředí SIMATIC Wincc flexible 2005. Hlavním přínosem této práce je uvedení a popsání metody řízení zařízení pomocí novějšího PLC. Další směr práce je diskutován v závěrečné kapitole.
Decentralized Control of a Portal Crane by Means of PLC SIMATIC

This master’s thesis deals with a total concept of decentralized control system for process control by means of PLC SIMATIC. This concept is demonstrated on a model of a portal crane in the introductory chapter. The second chapter is focused on industrial communication network PROFIBUS. Different types of this network and ways of communication are described. The third chapter is concerned with industrial communication network PROFINET (Industrial Ethernet). Different types of this network and ways of communication techniques are described. The next chapter presents components of Siemens company, which are necessary for creation of demanded control system. The following part describes the programming facilities for STEP 7 programs - Simatic Manager, Micro/WIN and WinCC flexible. It contains creation of the control system including communications on the networks.
