Print Server for Creating PDF Documents

This thesis deals with the creation and the implementation of print server for generating PDF documents. The result is the solution which generates PDF documents based on selected and filled templates. Template selection, template filling and request for generating PDF document are carried through web interface. The execution and the operation of request is handled by an application server. Data for templates are stored in the Caché database. The print server is created in order to facilitate the work of users when creating PDF documents.

A tool for validating electronic signatures on PDF documents

The subject of this graduation thesis is to study internal electronic signatures in PDF documents. The thesis introduces general principles of electronic signatures, deals with the internal structure of PDF documents including the connection of electronic signatures and describes the process of verifying an electronic signature. An integral part of this thesis is an implementation of an application, which performs verification of electronic signatures in a PDF document. The aim of this application is to verify the digital signature embedded in a PDF document according to the current legislation of the Czech Republic, while allowing users to change extensively the rules for evaluating the validity of the signature. The goal of this thesis is to design and subsequently implement mobile application for the Android operating system. Its main goal is to open options for students, which ”Faculty of Economics and Management of the Mendel University” offers and also obligations, which student should during their studies fulfil. The theoretical part describes the Android operating system and analysis of similar applications. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the development of mobile application itself in the form of design, implementation and final testing of functionality.
