The influence of physical activity on the accuracy and length of throwing.
Zumr, Miroslav ; Fedák, Josef (advisor) ; Koloničný, Roman (referee)
Title: The influence of physical activity on the accuracy and length throwing a grenade. Objectives: The aim is to identify and compare the influence of the anaerobic burden of shuttle the accuracy and length of throw a grenade at a selected group of 20 students of the University of Defence in Brno. Students will participate in three testing grenade throwing. Throwing at a target, the size 6 x 3 m, no load, after load in the form of cross shuttle run 10x10m and after loading with 15 kg backpack. Methods: It is a descriptive analysis. Measurements were performed using a tape measure and observing the impact of throws. For statistical evaluation of the comparative method was used. Results: From the measured data, it was found that the difference between the success of interventions first and third test is more than 20 %. Lengths throws gradually reduce with the difficulty of the tests. Keywords: accuracy throw, throw a grenade, throw length, the influence of physical activity
Stabilization training with sensorimotor tool Propriomed in handball.
Marešová, Iveta ; Rašev, Eugen (advisor) ; Kučerová, Ilona (referee)
Title: Stabilization training with sensorimotor tool Propriomed in handball Goal: The aim of our experiment was to evaluate an influence of short-term and long-term exercise with Propriomed on an accuracy of throwing ball in handball with taking speed of throwing into consideration. Methods: It was used an experiment to evaluate changes of throwing accuracy and speed depending on a specific intervention. Concretely interventions were an usual training unit without using Propriomed, an exercise unit with Propriomed and long-term exercising with Propriomed which lasted for a month. Measuring of values was always done before the beginning of training with participation of 11 probands. A radar gun named Stalker was used for measuring of speed throwing. Final values were processed in the programme Dartfish for an analysis of throwing accuracy. Results: Negative effect on throwing accuracy was found in the case of 7 probands because of exercise unit with Propriomed. In the case of 2 probands this intervention led to increase of accuracy and two probands were without an effect. Long-term intervention with Propriomed did not have a positive effect on throwing accuracy either. There was an exception of two probands with increasing accuracy after intervention. Both interventions had a positive effect on four...

Throwing techniques influence comparison on accuracy
Linhart, Tomáš ; Michalička, Vladimír (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title: The comparison of the throwing techniques influence on accuracy when grenade throwing. Aim: The aim of this work is to compare different throwing techniques influence with grenade on accuracy. Research group: Research is attended by 10 subjects, who are studying FTVS UK with specialization on Military Physical Education. Methods: We chose the technique of analysis of documents after we had researched all kinds of appropriate literature. The aim of this technique is to know whether the reality is immeasurable. To achieve the aim "The detection of throwing techniques influence on accuracy," the best option is to choose experiment as the technique of research. This method which is founded on quantitative dates helps us to find a relevant result to verify or disprove hypotheses. Observational method was principal technique that was used during research, during collection of data and during their analysis. It was found, by the unstructured interview, whether the subjects do have any experience with throwing a grenade. Outcome: From identified data it was found that there were spotted a little signification for using the lower vault technique on measured distance. By the result of research, we found that there were spotted higher signification for using the upper vault technique. In conclusion,...
