The design of ETICS using insulation core made of aerated concrete
Machala, David ; Zach,, Jiří (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with theoretical suggestions of contact self-supporting insulation system with an insulating core made of porous concrete. The text prepared knowledge about ETICS system, the properties of porous concrete are thoroughly described, including the history and the most often used technology for production of porous concrete. The conclusion is made by comparison of economical and thermal insulation criteria using optimizing calculation and the applicability criteria of proposed ETICS are stated.
Application of foaming agents for the production of lightweight materials
Kramná, Adéla ; Vyšvařil, Martin (referee) ; Rovnaník, Pavel (advisor)
Use of lightweight building materials came to forefront in recent decades. The most commonly used materials are aerated and foam concrete but also other materials such as foamed geopolymer have been introduced. This study examines foaming methods of various lightweight building materials which are analysed and evaluated in terms of properties in hardened state. An effect of foaming agent on the structure of the material and its porosity was examined by image analysis using an optical microscope.
Comparison of technical characteristics and technology of laying light building materials for floor construction
Mikulica, Karel ; Fiala, Oldřich (referee) ; Hela, Rudolf (advisor)
This graduation thesis is aimed to presentation heat isolation materials for the floor constructions. The experimental part is devoted physical - mechanical properties suggested very light concretes with the cement. The main part of the thesis is devoted to form of the transit and putting of the individual heat isolation materials. In the end are suggested structures of the floor constructions with the respect to their properties and price.
Production technology of cement foam concrete and their properties
Mikulica, Karel ; Vojtek, Miroslav (referee) ; Hela, Rudolf (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the technologies of production of the cement foam concrete and about the choise of suitable materials for achieving the desired properties of the foam concrete. The experimental part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to the comparison the physical properties of the foaming agents and the foam concrete produced of them.
Development of a new type of lightweight self-levelling floor screed
Šenk, Josef ; Ševčík, Milan (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on development of a new type of lightweight self-levelling floor screed. The aim of this thesis is to develop lightweight screed with self-levelling function, which could be stored in a dry mixture in bags or silos, designed for use with only addition of water.
Development of a new lightweight building materials for industrial floors
Kapčuk, Pavel ; Žižková,, Nikol (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis is oriented on development of a new lightweight building materials for industrial floors based aerated concrete and lightweight concrete based on the potential use of secondary aggregates, lightweight natural stone aggregates instead of classical.
Lightweight floors based on aerated concrete and foam concrete with the use of secondary raw materials
Kapčuk, Pavel ; Ševčík, Milan (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis is oriented on development of new porous materials for industrial floors based foam concrete and not autoclaved aerated concrete with the possible use of secondary raw materials and natural lightweight aggregates instead of classic aggregates. The dry mixture should be stored in bags as ready to use with the addition only of water.
