Detached family house, Malhotice

This bachelor ’s thesis deals with the design of new detached family house, which is situated in the cadastral unit of the village of Malhotice 690937 (district of Přerov), on the plot number 1396/36. The land is of a sloping character. The building is a two-floor detached house, with partial basemant, which is designed for a four-member family. The ground floor with a garage is a rectangular plan and a basement of a square plan. The structure is based on strip foundations. The wall structural system is formed of sand-lime blocks km beta sendwix. The external wall is thermal insulated with the contact insulation etics system. Horizontal construction is made of reinforced concrete slab and timber ceiling beams. The object is roofed with a flat roof with a slope of 3%. The bachelor ’s thesis is performed as a design documentation for the building process.
