Kateřina Davidová Praha, květen 2016 Abstract Title: Comparison of active and passive patient orthoses with CP Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive form of basic information on the issue CP, formation, complications, methods and treatment options and disease to capture benefits, uses and types of medical devices. Method: When drawing up this work the method of qualitative data collection of research articles, literature and oral information obtained from experts, who are dedicated to this issue, was used. Result: The effect of dynamic orthoses for patients with cerebral palsy is more efficient than the effect of static braces.
