XML Data Compression
Jelen, Michal ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Kováč, Dominik (advisor)
This master’s thesis is dealing with problems of XML data compression. It describes a characterization and important concepts of XML language as well as AIXM as XML data format. It documents contemporary compression methods of XML and divides them into appropriate groups. Thereinafter a testing of XML data compression using mentioned methods and evaluation of results is implemented. With a consideration of processed data there is created and presented an application which enables lossy and lossless compression of AIXM with the help of particular elements data analysis. All of it with user selection options of AIXM objects and way of resultant compression.
The meaning and essence of aeronautical information services in civil aviation
Dubnický, Lukáš ; Janhuba, Luboš (referee) ; Chlebek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to produce an integrated overview and characteristic of practices and activities which are implemented to provide aeronautical information service in Czech Republic. The main information source is the Czech aeronautical law L15 which meets ICAO Annex 15 requirements. Due to high level of standardization, a great deal of information related to aeronautical information services in the Czech Republic can be understood as generally correct for ICAO based systems of other states. Where possible theoretical information are connected with practical applications.
Machine Understanding for Text Messages Used in Aviation
Lieskovský, Pavol ; Rajnoha, Martin (referee) ; Povoda, Lukáš (advisor)
This work deals with problems of NOTAM in text format, which is used in aeronautics. It documents the difference between text and digital format of NOTAM, special types of NOTAM messages and items from which the NOTAM consist of. It describes syntax and the functions of program, which was made within the frame of this thesis. The program is fully capable of correct parsing and processing of the NOTAM. The program can display each area of processed NOTAM messages in map and also provides detection of collision between these areas and flight plan
