The bachelor´s thesis deals proposal and processing of project documentation low-energy detached house in the village of Horní Bory. Complete the project documentation as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The project of low energy detached house is situated on a plot of 310/1 in the cadastral Horní Bory. The building has two floors "plus" shape with partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 14,52 x 19,52 m. The roof of the house is designed of three variants roof: flat roof, gabled roof and truss roof. The building is designed from the system Ytong. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 100 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the shielding technology.

The thesis deals with a project documentation of a low energy house for family of up to six persons. The house is located at the foothills of Jeseníky mountains. The object is designed as a two-storey building, with a cellar, standing in a sloping ground. There is a saddle roof. The south facade is roofed, glassed terrace. The nord shelter protect the house from the effects of weather.

The project addresses the low energy new build detached house, which will be permanently used for housing. The building is designed as a two-storey house, which is intended to be permanent residents of 4-5 persons. Roofed building with a flat roof is solved by using a bottom discharge reinforced concrete slabs. Load-bearing walls are from Sendvix manufacturer KM - BETA. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.

The building has two floors "T" shape without basement. Dimensions of the house are 13,1 x 11,1 m. The roof of the house is designed flat roof. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced by kari´s netting 100/100/6 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the flat roofs.

Dimensions of the house are 9,85x12,65m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with pitched roofs.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is a building project of a low energy house for a four-member family. It is a single floor house without basement with dwelling attic. The house has a rectangular ground plan. The main construction system is based on the POROTHERM system – including the ceiling construction system. The roof is a saddle roof with an inclination of 35o covered with ceramic tiles.

This bachelor thesis is focused on main technological studies during contruction of low-energy timber house in Beskydy mountains. This building is situated near the ČR-PL border in a small vilage Nydek, right under the peak Stozek. In overal is this thesis about engineering report, technological study of main technological stages, time and financial plan and basic conception of site traffic. It also includes a bill of quantities, safety measures on site and tries to solve issues associated with transportating materials to high elevations in the mountains.
