Pojezdala, Petr ; Svoboda, David (referee) ; Čuprová, Danuše (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the project documentation at the construction implementation level for an energy-efficient residential building. The designed residential building is located in the village of Tynište nad Orlici, specifically in its peripheral part called Podbori. The building is situated on a flat terrain with a slight slope. It is a four-story residential building with a basement, accommodating a total of seven housing units. The structural system of the building is designed using Therm blocks with a certified thermal insulation system. The Therm blocks form the internal load-bearing walls of the above-ground floors as well as the basement of the building. The perimeter walls of the basement floor are made of plain vibrated concrete blocks. The residential building is roofed with a flat single-ply extensive green roof, which is prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels to utilize alternative energy sources. The building is founded on foundation strips, and the floor structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slab floors.
