Diploma thesis "Proposal for optimisation of the remuneration system and human resources management in a microenterprise" is focused on the analysis of the human resources management of the company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of fundamental concepts in this area, on the personality of the manager and his requirements, on the reward and development of employees. It also focuses on the influence of the manager and his roles. The practical part focuses on the current state of the reward system in the company, historical data and current human resource management in the company. It is aimed at providing the basis for the design of a new reward system and at improving the coordination of employee work.
Fashion marketing focused on the microenterprise – Krispol fashion s.r.o.

Bachelors thesis is focused on fashion marketing and its application on company Krispol fashion s.r.o., which engaged in manufacturing of handmade bow-ties. The objective of the bachelors thesis is a survey of how the companys marketing activities are percepted by the current customers and how these customers participate in such activities. The main marketing activities are participation in fashion markets and presenting on companys Facebook page. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on determining the basic concepts of fashion marketing, marketing mix in the fashion industry and specifics of marketing of microenterprises. In the practical part the company Krispol is described, along with its marketing mix and other specifics. The last part of the practical part includes an evaluation of the marketing research focused on marketing activities of the company. Subsequently there are submitted proposiotions of possibilities for future improvements.
Management of Selected Processes in Microenterprise

The work is focused on the use of process management in small enterprise. The aim of this work is to describe the process management in the selected microenterprise. The work is focused on a description of the selected processes in the microenterprise and an assessment of the level of the utilization of processes. The bachelor's thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters where I am trying to bring basic knowledge of processes and process management. The processes are divided into main and supporting processes. Learnt knowledge are applied right into operation of the selected microenterprise. The practical part is focused on a description of the selected processes in the microenterprise and an assessment of the level of the utilization of processes. Described processes are the main process production and sales, supporting process supply and operational planning and sales promotion. In conclusion of my work I propose possible changes, which constitute an improvement of process management.
Specifics of HR activities in microenterprises

This Bachelor's thesis deals with HR activities in two microenterprises, one in Czech Republic and one in Russian Federation. It aims to analyze and identify strengths and weaknesses of selected personnel activities of surveyed companies The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is elaborated on the basis of professional literature and includes theoretical background regarding HR activities. The practical part presents surveyed companies, followed by further analysis of selected personnel activities and formulation of recommendations. Analysis of personnel work in enterprises was conducted using the following methods: comparison of theory with practice, analysis of internal documents and an interview with the directors of companies. The Bachelor's thesis also examines two research questions. The first one is: have microenterprises elaborated peronnel strategy at least in the medium term, or are they more likely to flexibly respond to reality? The second would be: has personnel work in microenterprises in Russia and Czech Republic significant differences due to distinct historical and cultural background?
Management Information System in a Microenterprise

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to build a management information system for a given microenterprise and to implement it successfully. This thesis aims to assess the risks, costs and benefits of the information system and to provide recommendations for analogous projects of the information system implementation in the future. The thesis is divided into two parts, theory and case study. The former summarises the most important fact on management information systems in general, the latter introduces the given microenterprise and pursues the process from building of the system to its implementation in the enterprise. Microsoft Access, database management system, proved to be a good solution for building an information system for the enterprise. The thesis delivers the following results: the information system itself, costs and benefits evaluation and the set of recommendations for similar projects. The main contribution of this thesis consists in the focus on microenterprises and in the real example pursued in the second part of the thesis.
