The effect of a child's hospitalisation on the whole family

The bachelor thesis deals with the hospitalization of a child and all the factors that affect other family members in connection with the child's admission to a medical facility. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the child, the perception of illness, the impact of hospitalization on the child, as well as on the family, siblings and cooperation with medical staff. The empirical part is based on a quantitative research investigation and analysis of the data collected. The aim of the empirical part was to find out whether the child's hospitalization affects the family, family life and siblings. A quantitative research method was used using a non-standardized questionnaire of own design, which was intended for parents of children hospitalized in pre- selected wards of Motol University Hospital. 123 completed questionnaires were included in the actual survey. The reserch results of the survey show that parents of hospitalized children do not have sufficient support from the medical staff. The greatest support is provided by the family, which also provides help in the home and with other children. Motivation teachers DDM of motivation techniques

The thesis deals with the motivation of teaching and external DDM personnel from the perspective of motivational theories. The theoretical part contains the definition of motivation and concepts related to it. It mainly deals with theories of motivation with an emphasis on Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The practical part deals with the motivation of workers and DDM search needs that motivate workers to work DDM. Motivation in terms of motivating teachers rated the theory of free time and outside workers. DDM Prachatice, DDM Vimperk, DDM Netolice and DDM Volary. Needs have been identified (in terms of Maslow's hierarchy of needs) that motivate employees to work free time teacher in the DDM. Among the major needs motivating to work in DDM include the need for certainty, the need for personal growth, the need for positive relations with DDM. For educators consider essential in responding to their needs fulfillment, ie, self-fulfillment, self-improvement, confidence and respect.

The purpose of this thesis is to prove that despite consumers' impression that they are alone in deciding their consumption decision they are wrong. Consumers are manipulated on various levels by marketers. It is the marketer who decides what consumer identities should be created. Consumers are persuaded by marketers on different levels beginning with consumers' needs. Marketers begin by appealing to consumer drives, motivations and emotions to persuade their consumers to purchase their brand. On a more in-depth level marketers manipulate consumers by using a variety of human behaviour learning strategies to sway consumers' purchasing decisions. In addition, marketers use various environmental and social-environmental influences to control their consumers. Lastly, a practical example illustrating the multinational corporation Nike is used, to prove that marketers are aware of these different methods and use them to manipulate consumers. In the end of this paper it is very obvious that consumers are easily persuade by marketers. A consumer is only the puppet while the marketer is the puppet string master.

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá analýzou metody koučování a jejím využitím v oblasti rozvoje firmy a osobního rozvoje manažerů. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní koučovací rozhovor pro konkrétní firmu a jeho manažera. Dále zahrnuje zápis koučovacího rozhovoru, jeho vyhodnocení a provedení ještě jednoho koučovacího rozhovoru a jeho vyhodnocení.
