Psychoanalysis like a narative tool

We see the film like a reality because our perception of the film is like a reality around us. Movie as a dream and like a dream has unique tools how describe our soul and unconscious processes. This advantage is a crucial for my research, how can be useful for understanding how our unconscious works. C. G. Jung and Joseph Campbell and his work helps me with looking for the answer. How can film speak to us through the psychological layer instead of the narrative layer.
Musical Dramaturgy in films of David Lynch

David Lynch is one of the most important American postmodern filmmakers. His films are typical for their visual style, intellectual difficulty, surreal sequences, and intense emotional impact. Music used in his film is one of the most important tools how to achieve his artistic goals. This thesis is focused on the means how David Lynch uses film music in his films since his collaboration with composer Angelo Badalamenti. The film music of the particular film Mulholland Drive will be analysed and the results will be extrapolated on other of his films, namely Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, Wild at Heart, Lost Highway, and Mulholland Drive.

Abstract The main content of my master degree work is the concept design for film based on unpublished screenplay by David Lynch. The master degree work consists of practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part, called Visual World of David Lynch's Films, points out the influence of cultural environment, inspirations and art on visual style of his films. It finds out elementary symbols from his cultural enviroment and demostrates the way, how David Lynch use these motifs in his films. In the film analyzes, there have been found some more visual elements, which became part of David Lynch's visual style. The practical part presents my own concept design for film based on the screenplay "RONNIE ROCKET OR The Absurd Mystery of the Strange Forces of Existence" by David Lynch. The practical part includes Screenplay synopsis, graphic part, breakdown nad visual reference.
Narration and characterization of figure in the movie's of David Lynch with sound

The basis of this work is to look at the development of sound dramaturgy across the work of David Lynch. I work mainly on the principle of the screening of scenes and their operations from the broader perspective of the film. In the film, I analyze two films "Mulholland Dr." and "The Elephant Man", which became milestones for my work in the creation of David Lynch. It follows that the nature of my work: the author is not telling just limited to painting, as it is still going on, which is a testament not only to Czech films, but also in the world. Development work demonstrates the analysis of all components of sound films.

Bachelor's thesis deals with production of David Lynch, which was focused for his web page, namely with: Dumbland, Rabbits, Darkened Room, The Boat, Bug Crawls, Industrial Soundscapes and Intervalometer Experiments. The goal of this thesis is to try to categorize and analyze this production. On bases of this analysis than try to find connections to author's previous work and with help of these, try to put it into context of author's lifework.
