Sanitation installation and gas installation in doctor's offices

This bachelor thesis deals with sanitation installations and gas installations in the healthcare facility. The theoretical part deals with solving the problem of legionella bacteria, specifically how to prevent it and what to do in case of detecting it. Project and the part with calculations includes design of water installations, drainage, gas installations in building and the object's connection to the present technical networks hardware. The object is a three-story medical facility with a different arrangement of sanitary facilities on each floor. The project was designed by contemporary Czech and European regulations.
The Sanitary and Gas Instalation in the Retirement home

The content of the thesis is the analysis and design of health technical and gas installations in a home for the elderly. The building has one underground and four above-ground floors. In the underground floor there are technical rooms, warehouses for large kitchen operation, staff changing rooms, cellars. On the first floor there are rooms for the elderly, which have their own bathroom, kitchen, cafeteria, day rooms for staff and doctor's office. On the second and third floors, one part of the building houses the administration office with its own sanitary facilities, while the other part contains rooms for the elderly with their own bathrooms, a lounge and a winter garden. On the third and fourth floors there are mainly rooms for the elderly. The theoretical part deals with Legionella bacteria. In the thesis I deal with the comparison of two solution options using conventional circulation and without circulation pipes using heating cables. The calculation part contains all the calculations necessary for the design of the water, sewerage and gas pipelines including their connection to the utilities.
Sanitation installation in the hospital

The task of this diploma thesis is to prepare the design of sanitary and gas pipeline installations in the assigned hospital building. The building has one underground and four above-ground floors. On the underground floor there are technical premises including a boiler room, hygienic facilities of staff and rooms for storage and cleaning. On the first floor there are ambulances of various kinds. Patient rooms are located over the second and third floors. Each room has its own built-in bathroom. There are also doctor's examination rooms and daily room of staff. On the fourth floor there is an ICU. In the theoretical part I deal with the legionella bacterium. I explain what causes this bacterium, what are the conditions for its reproduction, where it occurs and what measures will prevent its multiplication in water pipes. In the next part, I compare two possible variants of the solution of the design of water pipe routes with the subsequent selection of a more suitable option. The calculation part contains all the calculations used to design sewerage, water supply and gas pipeline, including their connection to utilities.

The Bachelor thesis is focused on sanitary and gas installations in the accommodation facility. The accommodation facility has three above-ground floors and full basement. The theoretical part deals with presence of bacteria Legionella pneumophila, its prevention nad repressive measures for its occurrence. The computational part and the project solve the design of sewerage and rainwater drainage, internal water installation and gas pipeline.

The master thesis is focused on the design of sanitary technical installations and pipeline in the pension for the elderly, in the cadastral area of Hodonín city. The pension is located in a plane terrain and is designed with four storeys, a partial basement and 3 aboveground floors. There are staff facilities, changing rooms, technical facilities, offices, gym, laundry, furniture storeroom, tool storeroom and maintenance room in underground floor. On the first floor there are kitchen, various storerooms, doctor, nursing facilities,meeting rooms and in the third part of the building are rooms for seniors. From the second to third floor there are rooms for seniors, doctor, nursing facilities, meeting rooms and dining rooms. The theoretical part deals with the issue of the occurrence of Legionell. The calculation and project part solves the sewerage, water supply and gas distribution in the given building.

The diploma thesis is focused on medical-technical and gas pipeline installations in a medical facility. The building has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. On the underground floor there are technical rooms including technology and boiler room. On the first and second floors there are single rooms for patients. All rooms have a private bathroom. There are cleaning rooms, administration and a day room for staff and various warehouses. On the third floor there is a surgery room, ambulance and consultation rooms. On the top floor there are meeting rooms, offices and staff rooms. On each floor there is a hygienic background. The theoretical part deals with the prevention and elimination of Legionella bacteria. In the next part, I compare two variants of the design of water pipeline routes. The calculation part contains all calculations needed to design water, sewerage and gas pipelines, including their connection to utilities.

The genomes of 29 different lines of endosymbiotic bacteria Legionella polyplacis were annotated and compared. Genes have been identified and assigned to the corresponding annotated proteins of the online BLAST database. Annotated proteins were assigned to metabolic pathways and the functionality of the metabolic pathways and the level of degradation were compared to a non-symbiotic species Legionella pneumophila subsp. pneumophila.
